Always great food, often a spot at the bar, and very reasonable prices.

Five of us enjoyed the drinks and outdoor seating. Food was good but not great although the local draft beer with the meal was very good. The service was okay but spotty for it being so slow although the food did come out quickly. Two Colossal lobster rolls ($50 each) with 12oz of lobster were each split by two people and lobster was tasty. Clam chowder was average and thin / soupy so not something I would get here again. Crab sliders and burger were okay as were the chicken tenders. Sweet potato fries and regular fries were very good and crispy. So overall this place has some positives in terms of food and draft beer but the service and prices don't align with what you get for the money.
Absolutely love marketplace cafe! BUT I do not agree with them pooling tips!!! Our waitress worked her butt off while we watched 4 waitresses sitting at tables by the entrance doing nothing!! Why should she have to share her tips while they sat and didn’t have tables?! If they have nothing to do have them sit somewhere else not at the entrance where people walk in! Very bad vibe. Let the amazing waitress earn her tips! She deserved them!
Amazing atmosphere for all ages. The best place to work and build an employee family that will last a lifetime. There is no crew like the one at the Cafe. Much love and thanks to Cara Eaton and Matt Gelly for making the Marketplace a well oiled machine.
The Colossal lobster roll and mixed drinks were amazing!

Fantastic food and cocktails and super fun live entertainment for our very large 5th of July afternoon crew, ranging from toddlers to retirees! Thank you Cara Ann for booking the gig! Jack Cappadona 🎸was great fun and we all had a great time dancing-can't wait to do it again!
Fries were excellent

Avoid here useless you want to wait too long for bad food. The atmosphere was good, that was the only selling point. We arrived and we're seated at 730pm, I left at 9pm without having received my food.

Lobster roll was great but the fish and chips were worst I’ve had in a long time …. Order is half the size of cookes seafood , dry , thin ,
French fries greasy

I really wanted to love this, especially after seeing how fun and lively the place was! The food was awful for the price. The lobster mad and cheese that cost $29 was pretty much craft Mac and cheese with some pieces of lobster and covered in a vast amount of ritz crackers ?? couldn’t even eat it cause it tasted like crackers and nothing else, so I just fished the lobster out. The small seafood platter that cost a whopping $40 and came with TWO scallops and TWO shrimp. The rest was clams, fries and some sort of fish.
This is what I got for $73 ? huge waste of money. This was my last night too and I REALLY wanted some delicious seafood since this is cape cod. Guess it wasn’t meant to be

The clam chowder had good flavor but I did not like the fish in the fish and chips. The flavor was fine, but it was thin and mushy. The fries were good.

This is a happening place. Cozy but lots going on. See and be seen.
Love hitting the Marketplace for a fun summer night out! Dinner outside listening to a live band, shopping at little cute stores, playing a round of mini golf and finishing the night with an ice cream! It has it all!
