Just enjoyed Burgundy braised short ribs with wild rice and winter squash. All I can say is “WOW”. This was so good. Meat fork tender, sauce delicious, squash and rice cooked perfectly. Hope you’ll be having it again soon.

Legendary catering company that pumps out awesome food. I ate it for Thanksgiving and the turkey was some of the most moist I have had. Stuffing was good too. They also made homemade cranberry sauce. So good. Would highly recommend.

Matt, Linda, and the team catered our wedding and we could not have been happier with the result. Several guests said "best wedding food" they ever had, staff was incredibly polite and accomodating, and the planning was so easy. They are a great team that just pulls through and executes so well, even in pouring rain and bad weather. The food truly was exceptional and also it was so much better than your typical dry chicken or salmon that you get at most weddings, it was interesting and above and beyond.Could not recommend them enough!

Chef Roland has been reinvented and is now known as Pink Door Catering. It is located in Summerfield Park on Falmouth Road in Mashpee. The owner and chef - brought up in the business - is Mark Lombardo, whose father owned the Lombardo function venues. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out!Three weeks ago we hosted a small wedding of an older couple. The food that we ordered could stand up to any of Boston's best restaurants. Since there were only 15 people, we got the prepared food in containers with perfect directions for reheating. The stuffed mushrooms, scallops and spinakopita were delicious. The main course : salmon, lasagna and chicken parm with pasta and marinara sauce: was five star. You can also take out small portions of pre-cooked food with no-brainer instructions for rehearing. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff was delightful. and responsive. This was an amazing experience. Try it and you won't regret it.

Chef Matt and the entire Pink Door Catering team are AMAZING!!! They catered a three day event at my home including a Welcome BBQ, Clambake & Brunch for 80 guests. My guests and I were so completely impressed by the service & the food. Each meal was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them for any occasion!!!!
