All the staff there are very nice and friendly. Nice environment to work in. But this man named Nathan that works in there ( he closes a lot). He’s nice, the way he makes his coffee and cooks the food it just comes out all so good. His customer service is like no other, it’s the best I’ve ever seen.
Ordered a medium berry burst and once I got back to my vehicle I noticed that it wasn’t sparkling water used and was regular water. Didn’t go back in cause I was in a rush to get to my next location

It’s a shame, it really is. This has always been my go to dunkin but literally the past 20 times I’ve gone something has been messed up, not ready yet, or just put 0 effort into making the food. The very middle aged lady with curly hair is never nice, she is always angry, like she got 0 sleep the night before. For example, I ordered on the app 20 minutes before showing up, when I showed up I’m missing my food so I nicely asked where it was and she yells at me telling me to get in line and wait until I get to the cashier. It’s was pathetic get new staff.

I ordered some food for my grandson who has multiple allergies. When I told them the order is for someone with allergies they went out of their way to clean off the counter tops and any equipment they would need to use. I am so impressed with how seriously they took the allergies and didn’t complain at all, even though they were fairly crowded. Thank you Mashpee Dunkin.
Dietary restrictions: Took egg, dairy, soy and sesame allergies seriously. Was able to order a plan bagel, bacon and potatoes.
