Got off to a good start with some decent appetizers, but it was all downhill from there! We waited over and hour and a half for our entrees - which never showed up. Not a word from staff, no updates, no apologies, nothing. Just ignored like we were invisible. When we finally flagged down our server to ask what was going on, she shrugged us off and proceeded to chit chat with another table nearby. That was it. We had to get up and approach the manager before any action was taken. The manager was able to rush out some pizzas for us to take home, because at this point, our young kids were in full meltdown mode. But here’s the kicker: despite never receiving the main course, they still brought us the bill. We weren’t looking for any freebies. We wanted to enjoy a nice meal as a party of 7 and were more than willing to pay for a great experience. But after the service staff dropped the ball so badly, dropping the bill on top of it felt like throwing salt in our hungry wounds. Completely unacceptable.
I just cannot say enough good things about the food that four of us had this past weekend at Estia. The food was just out of this world incredible, and I realized today that that’s why I didn’t take any pictures. We were all too busy eating the delicious food to stop and bother to take pictures!
I had the lamb chops appetizer and the lobster pizza, all of which I split with another person, and there was enough pizza left over to take home. We were all too full to even try a dessert, unfortunately.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and I would love to go back again. The only unfortunate thing is that it is very loud Inside the restaurant. We really had to shout at each other in order to hear each other. But that is the only complaint that I have about this restaurant.
Parking: Mashpee Commons is so busy all of the time, so it is rare that you would find a parking spot close to this restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is pretty wheelchair accessible, although it is tight going between some of the tables when people are seated at them.

One of the best crispy pizza I've had in a long time. Expensive but worth it.

I ordered the shrimp pizza which was good (only if you like shrimp though). I don't know if they were just not as good as usual or if the lamb was always overcooked because our lamb lollipops and gyros were a little overcooked. But, the salad and the pizza was great.
Parking: About 15 spots up the hill on the street about 50 yds away.

Bountiful portions with bursting flavors. I'm partial to lamb, I admit.

So disappointed! Meal was blah, service not great, place was empty and waited over 15 min for waiter to come over. There was no lunch menu and to spend $75 on a blah meal with no liquor was ridiculous. We live here year round and don't even seeing us coming back off season.

We took our grandmother out to lunch here on a recommendation, and it met and exceeded expectations a thousand fold. The food was excellent, the service was above and beyond delightful, and the bread with imported Greek EVO was otherworldly. I can't say enough about this place it was excellent! I want to go back and try everything off the menu! If you can manage it, ask for Alyssa as your server, she was simply delightful! Knowledgable, friendly, delightful just like the the place itself. You can't go wrong here, go now! ;)
Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian there's plenty to be had from the menu. From salads, vegetable dishes, and of course the wonderful coal-fired pizza.
