We hosted a 60 person catered engagement dinner in our backyard and hiring Fresh Roll for our food & bartending services was the best decision ever. Beautiful buffet arrangement, awesome staff with great energy, and a really fun tasting & menu selection process. All our guests were raving about the food, and we were so excited to be able to share a vegetarian meal with them. Channa worked with our mood board for presentation & also made some pretty large recipe accommodations for us due to dietary restrictions. Her bartenders managed a craft cocktail open bar with recipes that my mixology business had designed. Thank you to Channa & her whole team. We can’t wait to come back to Cape Cod & visit for years to come.

This place is “plant based” not “vegan”
TL;DR: the tuna roll is perfect, but they really need more transparency about *everything* that isn’t vegan.

I got some clarifications on some confusing menu items. I don’t think they know how important it is that vegans absolutely need to know what not to order. We first called and were told to make a note when we order, but when we ordered online, there was no space to indicate that we needed it all to be vegan. So we went in person the next day.

There is real chicken egg as an option in the “make your own” bowl, and the Dubai strawberry cup isn’t vegan either. (They use real nonvegan Nutella, the dulce de leche is condensed dairy milk, and it sounded like some other components may not be vegan, because when I asked for confirmation that the white chocolate option was vegan, she changed her tune and suggested that I shouldn’t order it at all. She said they had it as a valentine’s special, but people kept requesting it, so they’re still offering it. I really hope vegans haven’t been unknowingly ordering it.) the fact that they first said everything is vegan and then corrected themselves only when I asked about specific items makes me nervous that there are other nonvegan things that aren’t disclosed. (I mean they were initially going to let me order the Dubai cup, but I kept asking about different components)

Other than this distressing confusion, we got the tuna roll (super tasty! The tuna seems like it might be a sort of TVP product) the palm rice cupcakes (fascinating spongy texture, somewhere between mochi and cupcake with a delightful coconut glaze) the chive rice cakes (also tasty, gooey middles with possibly garlic chives? But they say scallions, so maybe it’s scallion greens. Quite unique, haven’t had anything like it before). Street noodles (yummy. Creamy coconutty peanutty noodles with very lightly cooked tofu, maybe steamed, or perhaps uncooked. The carrots were nice and tender.) And lastly, we got the round noodles with scallops (pretty straightforward and simple, not all that flavorful. The tofu was nicely grilled, lovely fresh bean sprouts, the rice noodles were thick and chewy, the bok choy was sautéed just right. The scallops appeared to just be king oyster mushroom stems. Not very flavorful, and they appeared a bit too undercooked, the texture was too raw and squishy/rubbery for me, but my husband enjoyed them.)

My omnivore father-in law got the banh-mi, and he was disappointed with how little tofurky and tofu there was. The rest of the family got other things that I don’t remember, and were all very pleased with what they got

I go here all the time. Yesterday I got sweet potato and eggplant rolls and apple, beetroot carrot juice. Usually the expensive juice has a lot of ice so this time I asked them not to put ice. They used water instead! The rolls had one piece of sweet potato and one piece of eggplant. Rest was filled with rice noodles and lettuce. I paid $30 for eating lettuce and watered down juice. This is not healthy but a total rip off.

I’ve lived in New York and Miami, so I’m used to having a lot of diverse food options. The Cape definitely has some great food, but finding a variety of healthy, quick lunch spots can be a bit challenging. That’s why discovering freshroll was such a wonderful surprise! Their plant-based, organic dishes are so delicious and made with the freshest ingredients. I’m so glad they’re around, and I really hope they continue to thrive!

I ventured out of my comfort zone eating here but I am so glad I did! The food was delicious. I ordered the “Pat tai” and a “My ABC” juice and was very pleased with both. The people working here were very kind and helpful. I will definitely eat here again the next time I’m in the area.

Fantastic vegan sushi that tastes just as good, if not better, than normal sushi!! By far, best boba I’ve ever had and the staff was so so sweet!! Ready to move to Massachusetts just to be close by!

Fresh Roll Grab-and-Go in the Commons is our favorite after-school stop! Healthy ingredients, fun drinks (without the sugar bombs), and fast food convenience—without the compromise.

Grab a roll or a poke bowl, and let the kids choose a colorful drink—way less sugar, way more fun. My kids are obsessed! And I love the jasmine tea with strawberry!

Best of all, Channa, the owner, is a true gem—a parent herself, always warm, always supporting local families. You feel the love the second you walk in. It’s quick, it’s fresh, and it makes everyone happy.

I was here with my parents during a weekend trip. We are vegetarians and it was great to have a vegan place in this area!
Not only that, the food was sooo yum! I will come back here every time I come to cape cod :)

This is one of my favorite places to pick up delicious vegan food, all fresh and high quality. My favorite items are all the fresh rolls, the cauliflower wings, lemongrass rice bowl, boba passion fruit tea, and recently the strawberry iced matcha! You must try it if you are near mashpee! I’ve never been disappointed there😄

I was so happy to find anywhere to get vegan food when I was halfway on an 8 hour drive. The food far exceeded my expectations! I had a bowl with mango, tofu, salad, avocado and spicy peanut dressing as well as avocado sushi. Everything was delicious and absolutely perfect. Will definitely go here every single time I am in the area!
