I had two average chocolate chip cookies that reminded me of the soft baked variety you can buy at Roche Brothers or Stop & Shop. There was nothing about it that made it special or left me wanting more. I was hoping for an upscale insomnia cookie but it wasn’t even warm, it was just an average cookie you could get from any average bakery.
I wouldn’t normally leave a review for an average cookie but the other reviews make no sense to me after eating these cookies. Perhaps the other flavors are better.

Literally the best cookies we’ve ever had! We stopped in this cute bakery before a Cotuit baseball game and could not stop raving about the cookies! They were perfectly done and so delicious! We loved all the flavors especially the brown butter and the special peanut butter one with marshmallow fluff. Don’t miss this stop if you are in town!

I am gluten free (so we bought a few of those) and they were, hands down, the best GF cookies I’ve ever had. Genuinely some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. The raspberry lemonade cookie from this summer was, and I don’t say this lightly, life changing. I’ve never had a cookie so didn’t thoroughly enjoy from Hatchville whether it’s a classic chocolate chip or the delicious iced oatmeal. The service is excellent and I look forward to visiting every time I’m in Mashpee Commons!
