This is a nice and clean Panera location with a really cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are helpful, and there's plenty of seating, including outdoor tables. It's perfect for an inexpensive lunch, grabbing coffee, or getting some work done with the free Wi-Fi. The food is the usual Panera quality—the salads, soups, and Mac & Cheese are highly recommended! A reliably good option in Mashpee.

Patrick did a great job. Went out of his way to accommodate me. I can be picking with food and he was very gracious.

Every time I order from this store there is an issue. In the last 3 months I have had 2 orders stolen and today I received the wrong item in my order. Did not realize it was that difficult to put the correct soup into the cup, who knew!

Dear Mashpee Panera Manager, yelling at customers and staff will not bring your hair back. XOXO Dakota.

The nerve to put one single slice of turkey in my sandwich and then not pick up the phone. May you stub your toes until you have permanent impact calluses.

Good for a quick bite. Not good for low calorie diets. And not cheap.

Nice facility.
Service is fine.
Food- not eatable!!!
Ordered bawl of onion soup.
Salted water: no onions, no cheese , tiny portion.
Chilly - too spicy, to an extreme degree.
We use Panera in different locations.
Quality of food in this particular location is the worst by far.

Staff insulted my veteran father on Veteran’s Day! We heard that some Panera locations were offering free bagels to Veterans on Veteran’s Day, so we took my father in. My father asks if they are offering bagels and the man behind the counter tells him no. My father walks out, but I was still in line. The man behind the counter didn’t know I came in with my father, and he loudly grumbles “Can you believe it? He wants a free bagel! That would put us under the ground if we gave everyone a free bagel.”
My family will happily bring our business elsewhere from now on. My father served 41 years in the military, and Panera insults his service over a bagel?!
