This spot, on its best day, is average. Service is hit or miss. I'll admit it's better than the Falmouth location, but that's not saying alot. If coffee is what you need, there a nice local coffee shop down the way on the otheraide of the Mashpee Commons across from the grocery store.

I just have to take a moment to shout out the amazing team at this Starbucks in Masphee especially Tom, Josh, Cris, and Paris! Every single time I come in, they greet me with the warmest smiles and make my day go so much smoother. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stand out. You can tell they care about what they do and the people they serve. Whether it's remembering my order or simply offering a friendly hello, they go above and beyond. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and positive environment . it means more than you know!

Stopped in at this Starbucks twice today. The second visit was extremely disappointing due to one employee in particular—Maile. After placing our order, we asked to use the restroom. Instead of just helping, she gave us immediate attitude and assumed we hadn’t ordered anything. We explained that we had just placed an order and were waiting on it, but she still gave us a dirty look before reluctantly giving us the code.

To make matters worse, the bathrooms were disgusting. Floors dirty, no paper, and clearly not being maintained.

We’ve been loyal customers, but this kind of rude service and lack of cleanliness makes us think twice about coming back. Maile’s attitude was uncalled for and set a terrible tone for the visit.

We waited more than 25 minutes for two simple drinks that were skipped somehow. The entire staff was obviously aware we were upset and ignored us entirely. There was no apology or customer service offered. When I said there was a time Starbucks offered a complimentary drink for such a failure, I was told with BIG attitude I had to ask for it. I'll never be back.

There was somebody in front of me at the register when I walked in I walked up behind them the lady walks away doesn't acknowledge me whatsoever then ,and it took about 5 before she came back to take my order I said one blueberry muffin two egg and bacon gouda sandwiches frappuccino in a latte they hand me the hot food first of all then I wait about 10 minutes for the frappuccino it is cold by the time I got the latte which was about another 10 minutes later my food was cold by the time I got home and my frappuccino was pretty much melted then I saw it in the bag that I got two blueberry muffins and one breakfast sandwich when I asked you to had a horrible experience this morning.

This location had almost nobody in it. Took 15 minutes to get me my order. Even then, they charged me more for the order because the employee didn't know what she was doing. I was so annoyed to ask them to refund me. I'd appreciate management to reach out, as it seems I am not the only one who has had this issue, though doubt a corporation truly values such opinions.
