Ice cream is fine but the service is embarrassing. Manager should retrain staff, Constantly on phone, did not wash hands after touching hair, phone, etc.
I’ve been to Sweet Waves many times throughout the years, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The bathroom was disgusting. The employee working was incredibly rude, and lacked basic hospitality. When I asked “Hi, how are you” her response was “what do you want?” As the Cape is entering the busy season, I cannot fathom how having such a careless employee will maintain a good reputation, especially in Mashpee Commons. The ice cream was great though!
Sweet Waves, regrettably, fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. During what should be a manageable off-season, I entered an empty store only to find a disengaged employee absorbed in a computer screen while the environment around them was shockingly dirty. Tables were left uncleaned, floors were littered, and general disarray overshadowed any potential charm the space once had. Compounding the disappointment, four signature flavors were missing from the lineup. The few remaining options, while decent, are not enough to distract from the overwhelming sense of neglect that now defines the experience.
It’s so incredibly dirty in there. The bathroom is disgusting. Looks like the place hasn’t been clean since it was opened. I can’t imagine what the back looks like if they don’t clean what people actually see.

Sweet Waves knocked it out of the park at the Dayton Hispanic Heritage Festival today! The Walking Tacos and street corn were absolutely out of this world—packed with flavor and the perfect festival food. What really set them apart, though, was the people behind the counter. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient despite the crowds. Great work today, Sweet Waves! My family and I truly appreciate all that you did to make our experience even better. Can't wait to see you again!

My son and I got the cookies & cream regular and milkshake, both tasted like coffee flavor. The employee was wearing a sports bra while serving toppings, underarms and stomach exposed. Unacceptable for food service.
Nice refreshing stop from a day of shopping - build your own ice cream cup with flavor and toppings

Froyo is delicious, peanut butter is my favorite. Always clean, loads of choices and friendly staff.
This is an amazing area with many flavors of fro yo! They all taste amazing and the topping area is endless. Highly Recommend!
Thay will work with you .
Good stuff!
Nice selection of usual flavors of frozen yogurt like vanilla, plus unusual like salted caramel pretzel, which are self serve. There is a server to help with tons of toppings. Delicious!
