The guy who works the drive thru at night adds things on to your order then explains he’s rushing and there’s nothing he can do. Be sure to check your receipt so you’re not getting up charged for things you didn’t ask for smh feels like scamming to me. During the day the staff is lovely and the food is good.

I love going to this Wendy's location, I got my order right every time, and I have to say that their staff is the best. There's no way not to mention, one specific employee, that while I was in line to place and pick up my order, I noticed how friendly, polite and extremely efficient she was. When I arrived to pick up my order at the window, I asked for her name and praised her for the beautiful job she was doing. It's difficult to find dedicated people like that, so whenever I see this, I like to praise and let the person know that they are making a difference in that business. Tisha, thank you so much for your excellent service and care for customers.I hope that Wendy's can recognize how important is to have more people like TISHA working for them and value their efforts.

Far the worst fast food chain I’ve ever dealt with. Their app doesn’t function properly they took my rewards points, but never gave me the digital coupon for the item. Instead of doing the right thing and given the customer the item they just shrugged her shoulders and get huffy at me typical Black people. I’ll never shop at Wendy’s ever again last time ever!Mashpee really dropped the ball, letting them move into our town!

Went through the drive through at around 7:15 this morning. I was waiting at the speaker to order and I hear a lady rudely screaming saying “Hello! Hello!” And as a looked towards the screaming I noticed it was coming from the drive through window. The lady (who I’m guessing was the manager) was leaning out of the window and again rudely motioning for me to drive forward to the window. When I got to the window the lady said to me “I don’t have my head set on what do you want?” I ordered. She scanned my app (which I had a free breakfast baconator coupon on) and instead of saying anything else she just slammed the window and walked away. Another employee came to give me my food and he was very short with me as well. This wendys overall has a very rude staff. I would much rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Hyannis wendys then be treated like the way I was this morning.

If there were an option for no or negative stars that’s what I would have chosen. We can start with the disgusting, rude and ill mannered lady/girl that took the order, should’ve known then it wasn’t a good idea but benefit of the doubt bc it is fast food / customer service maybe bad day! Then didn’t have the food ordered paid and now they want to offer substitutes after being at window for 6 mins get food and AWFUL cold soggy fries and condiments on burger leaking through wrapper and brown paper bag! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves DAVE would be so mad ?

Placed an order for noon and couldn’t get inside to get the food because of being low staffed. Staff your fast food place better. I couldn’t call or cancel my order either
