I have to admit, I prefer the deep fried Haitian patty better but this bakery blew me away with the baked patty. The patty was flaky enough to feel the outer layer breaking away as you bite into it but the inner layers were soft and consistent. The filling as well as the dough were both delicious.If you’re trying get an authentic taste of Haitian baked goods I highly recommend La Baguette Prime Bakery.Langue de boeuf used to be a really nice treat for me back home.
This place is the best Haitian place that sells Pastry by far, I call to place my order when I got there everything it's ready. The people are very polite, great way to do business ❤
I really like this place! The pattie’s are delicious. I tried it for the first time recently and I got one of each flavor patty. They each tasted great except the fish was a little bit weird tasting.
