I don't know why I keep coming back to this hole. Everytime they mess something up, and I come three times a week. I got home and noticed they didn't give me my hash browns. You shouldn't have to check before leaving. BS. These employees don't give a crap.

I pulled up to the window to get my food and I told the lady nicely that I had Apple Pay. Mind you they are great with Apple Pay and have no problem taking my phone to the reader but today this lady said that this is how far the reader goes and has my hanging out my window. She then proceeded to say that it was my fault and should’ve pulled up closer to the window. I have no problem with that but then she closed the window in my face and shook her head knowing I could see her. She opened the window and gave me my food without a word. I said maybe you could’ve taken my phone and scanned it. She ignored me. And that’s why she’s making 15.50 an hr ☺️

staff preoccupied by their cell phones - which is usually fine if you can do that while also being able to get my order correct (which did not happen) or if you are also able to interact with customers without making them feel like they are an inconvenience to you.

My Bagel bites were cold :( They forgot my MUNCHKINS!! Overall the staff is wonderful.
I ordered a Sourdough breakfast sandwhich and a frozen coffee.. The sandwhich was normal besides the fact that the other peice of bread was astronomically smaller than the other ? Can't believe they had to audacity to hand this out to me.. embarrassing

It's 7:40 am and it feels like the stuff is doing you a favor, very very rude stuff and my latte half of the cup is basically foam, NEVER again! Bad experience
This place shares a location with the 7-11 so it is only on one side which limits what it carries as to selection of donuts. The coffee is decent and we were waited on quickly. At the same time, it is a pretty average Dunkin.

6/21/23 3:00 o clock shift.Woman that has red dye in her hair needs to not work with customers!Kept asking me to repeat the coffee at the front desk, so clearly wasn’t paying attention to the customers and also needs to have a different vocabulary and not swear in front of customers.Literally every other word!!!Then to top it off I got 4 coffees and she just placed them on the counter and walked away without even providing a tray ??♂️??♂️??♂️??♂️Last time I come to this location.

I go here every day I always just get a black coffee .. they are fast and friendly.
Some days are good some are bad but overall def my go to Dunkin ! Only 2 mins from my house so super convenient!
