Dinner in a historic building and historic bay front neighborhood was beautiful with the sun setting! Always a great dining experience. It was a bit quieter after the Labor Day holiday, but still an energetic crowd. We asked to be moved from the main dining area to the other room because the band was getting set up and we have found that to be a bit too noisy for us ( old people ) and they graciously let us sit there instead. The drinks are always creative and refreshing. No appetizer this time, but the entrees were excellent ( husband had the salmon and I had the broccoli "steak"...
We have been going to the Inn for years and always loved it. Last night was outstanding- the food was incredibly, service was great. My swordfish with pesto was incredible, and everyone else at the table of seven raved about their food. I do wonder if there is an issue with the online booking because it said there were no reservations until 7:30 but when we got there there were dozens of tables available. I'd hate for diners to go elsewhere due to this!
