Bad service and likely credit card fraud. We spent 3 1/2 hours in the restaurant because of slow service, our waiter Arthur did not know anything about the menu, said he just came back from vacation last week, then did not come to our table for long periods of time. Then took 40 min at the end to finish the payment process. . Then my bank sent me a warning that there was suspected fraudulent activity on my card. Instead of the $40 I was charged $199 .
