Friendly people, fabulous music, and really just some of the best beer i have had in a long time. Please go here. They have the nerdiest beer nerds running the show with excellent taste in metal 🤘
Really small awkward space inside, looks like they stuck a brewery in an old storefront. There are picnic tables in a small area outside though. Can’t really get much to eat here. Tried a few different beer styles, overall beer here is just okay, drinkable. Barley wine was too boozy rather than flavorful. The owners are more interested in political activism and speaking to only one far side of political beliefs rather than focusing on a business that’s all inclusive to all customers and on brewing beer thats enjoyable enough for customers to want to come back. We don’t care about your politics, we just want to have a beer in a comfortable space. Based on principles and a mediocre experience anyway we will not again patronize this business. There are far better breweries throughout central MA.
So glad to have this brewery in the neighborhood.
Great overall, except for the co-owner, Alan’s, loud, obnoxious, acid rock music playing in the beer garden. I have met several first-timers there who say they love the beer, but will not be returning because of awful music. Alan, for the sake of your business, stream some nice, calming background music, please.
One of the best beer garden experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been a long time fan of Limp Bizkit, color me surprised when I found out Mr. Durst himself is a co-owner of this brewery. (Apparently Allen is his pseudonym) 🤷♂️
I never knew he had such an impeccable selection of Acid Rock to complement those delicious rustic ales.
Do not sleep on this brewery.
Had a great time being exposed to something different with the music as well as the careful appreciation for styles that are not represented enough in modern craft beer it was extremely unexpected and unique. More people need to strive for this.
If you have something special close to you don't be mean to it selfish reasons, enjoy it for what it is.
Next time I'll be coming for the owners Acid Rock playlist but staying for the beer.
.nothingmeansnothing.
I love everything about this place, including their awesome music selection, their bow-to-no-trend beer, and their ability to make an eclectic crowd feel welcome and taken care of. I can’t wait for the next chapter with their indoor space opening up.
Great spot for a beer and an awesome taco truck in the back. Can't wait for these guys to open up the tap Hall right next door. Great local brewery!
This place is really good and is going to be great when they open the indoor location. (opening soon) That is right, they are currently an outdoor beer garden locaton. Don't let that stop you from going. Get Out And Enjoy!
Haven't been to Maynard in ages, but I do remember this brewery from way back. They had a very interesting twist on their Man Bun Pilsner. I thought the Hot option was just heated beer, but they mixed some hot sauce with it, among other things. I enjoyed it for the most part, it had a spicy tangy kick to the beer. At the moment, there's only outdoor seating and you are allowed to bring outside food. I also appreciate the bartender watching my drink as I went out to get food.

Really good beer, chill outdoor space with plenty of shade.
I was so happy to find a dog-friendly outdoor space with a nice variety of beer that tasted really good. I had the ESB and the porter, and was really happy with both of them.
I hope to return the next time I am in the area.
Great atmosphere in the beer garden. Love when they do food on site.
