They’re always out of Munchkins—even if you preorder them 24 hours in advance. Oh, they’ll act surprised when you request a refund for the Munchkins they didn’t produce.

They can never get a simple coffee, correct. I always order a medium size caramel swirl cream only. Not only is the drive-through time always a ridiculous wait but they’re rude to you on the speaker. They rush you and they can’t even get your order accurate. They’re too busy chatting with each other and texting on their cell phones. This is why I do not tip. Do not have high expectations if you stop by this Dunkin.

Man, I've been going here for 2 years. As it's on my way to work, but I have to say this is one of the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The quality of coffee is right below dirty hot water. I brought it up very nicely and was very polite but unfortunately nothing has changed. Today was my last day spending money at this location. Throwing out my XL coffee everyday isnt very cost affective. Matter of fact this put me over the top. I think this ruined what little hope I had for dunkin donuts as a whole. Greed is destroying everything.

I stopped going here because the same morning barista consistently messes up my simple order. Just a coffee with vanilla shot and they put the sweet vanilla swirl in. I’m diabetic and have to throw the coffee out every time.

Stopped here before work and wasn't given most of my order which was worth about $20 and tried calling just for it to ring for 5 minutes with no awnser and there was no receipt in the bag. I've never had such a unprofessional encounter with a dunkin donuts I find this heavily unfortunate.

This location the owner is a greedy person. Every other day they keep raising the prices. I go to 2 other locations. The XL hot coffee is 3.30. Here it is now at 3.71. They always mess up my order. But , they keep making excuses why they raise the prices. All other locations don't do that. This place is very bad.

I’ve been coming here almost every morning for the last two years. For the last several months, the people at drive-through have been extremely rude. Today was the final straw. I won’t be coming back to this location, I can’t believe you let your staff tree customers like this
