I go to the Dunkin's on Waltham Street nearly every morning pretty much right when it opens at 4:30 AM
My favorite barista is Shannon who intrigued me with a wealth of music knowledge when I first started coming...and I've also learned that she knows a lot about EVERY topic as well!!

This place always gets my coffee order wrong. The past 3,4 times consecutively have been wrong, no sugar, wrong swirl. Even when I repeat my order they're still getting it wrong :(

I go over to this dunks every day almost and Lisa is always so welcoming. She memorized what I get and always asks me how my day is going. It’s nice to see someone with such a good attitude almost everyday!

The worker who takes my orders is the best! Lisa is very down to earth and funny as hell. Everytime I come from break I can always count on her take my orders while we share funny stories. Seriously the freakin best!

Please do everyone a favor and shut down this Dunkin. It just took 15 minutes for one iced coffee, no line. It’s been like this ever since the new Dunkin opened up down the street. Are employees doing the bare minimum knowing customers will go elsewhere?

On multiple occasions have I come down after placing a mobile order 25-30 minutes prior to heading down and it has not been ready. The only time I find my Mobile order is ready and made right is when Arianna is working. She is a wonderful employee and takes good care of her customers! As far as the other employees go they should all take notes from her!

I used to go here everyday, but I'm opting to go a few more min down the road to the one next to market basket. This place has gone downhill. Coffee doesn't taste right 4/5 times (like sipping liquid charcoal), and it takes a while.
