i've eaten at this shop 3 or 4 times in the past several months and I will say the two women, who always seem to be working very hard there, are pleasant and always take great care of us. they could have a hundred online orders and a line out the door and they're still getting the orders through, cutting the meat by hand for every sandwich!? thank you!

Great location. Service last time was a little slow. However they are fantastic, welcoming and the sandwiches are super good. No request is too much especially if you want say pickles on the side or extra hot sauce.

I just went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time since I moved to Maynard Crossing. I ordered a BLT and the young man who made it for me was not only congenial, but he also built me a great sandwich! I will definitely be going back. Frequently.

I go somewhere a couple times before I make a review, to give the business the benefit of the doubt. I have gone here 2 or 3 times the last 2 months. Thought the food is ok, but I am honestly super disappointed in the service and workers. I’ve worked fast food and kitchen industries before and I know it can be stressful at times. But honestly, everyone who works there seems to just not know what they’re doing or just not try. I will not go back here again.

Might want to hire employee’s who make it less obvious that they were ALL (including a customer, who might have known one of the employees) taking guesses on who was showing up based off of the food that was purchased…then EVERYONE looked away and laughed… it’s all on camera too! do better in a already shitty world where your employees make it also worse for people just trying to make ends meet to eat some decent food.
Update: I have no idea what their response is about. I don't have kids. This was my first time here. If they mistreated me because they think I'm someone else they should be ashamed of themselves. Unacceptable behavior.
The manager instead of jumping in and helping his team, chose to berate a customer for being frustrated that 3 people were taking 20 minutes to handle orders for 2 people. I walked out without my order because it was so unprofessional. A good manager should jump in and help and not insult customers.

The woman worked there with the blonde in her bun is very disrespectful. I walked in to one woman working making subs. The other two male and female worker talking. As soon as I walked towards them they both looked at me and just walked away. After 2 minutes of no one approaching me of course I had to say something. The male coworker decides to say hello and take my order and the other one he was speaking too was very loud saying they were too busy to greet me. Then she walks over to vacuum the clean carpet and walk around doing absolutely nothing. She needs to be fired if she thinks that attitude is acceptable. And she kept telling the other worker there’s no such thing as a #99.
