The woman worked there with the blonde in her bun is very disrespectful. I walked in to one woman working making subs. The other two male and female worker talking. As soon as I walked towards them they both looked at me and just walked away. After 2 minutes of no one approaching me of course I had to say something. The male coworker decides to say hello and take my order and the other one he was speaking too was very loud saying they were too busy to greet me. Then she walks over to vacuum the clean carpet and walk around doing absolutely nothing. She needs to be fired if she thinks that attitude is acceptable. And she kept telling the other worker there’s no such thing as a #99.

Do not order from here. Cannot get the order correct then make excuses as to why….takes no responsibility for their mistakes and customer get a 20 dollar sandwich they don’t want. Stay away!!!

I love the fresh sandwiches but the service quality has deteriorated significantly. The staff is almost rude and incompetent. If this can be fixed, I would certainly be going there regularly.

They do a handful of ingredients WELL. Everything looked super fresh, neat, and organized. My sub was amazing. I didn't know a sandwich could be that good!

I’ve been here 3 times in the past 2 months. Every time, they mess up my sandwich unless I watch them make it and ensure they don’t forget the bacon, mayo, etc. Please train your staff better. The sandwiches are good, but making sure your order is made correctly is very annoying.

Coming from Italy, where a Philly cheesesteak is a relatively unknown delicacy, I was excited to try Jersey Mike's subs. Much like pizza, it's hard to make a cheesesteak bad, but making it memorable is a rare feat. Jersey Mike's not only nails it but takes it to the next level with their Chipotle mayo! The full length sandwich was extremely satisfying—a sensorial heaven. It was probably an overdose of calories, but the experience was worth it. The cheesesteak was crunchy and cheesy, soft yet consistent, and heavenly mixed with peppers and sautéed onions. I read some of the comments and reviews before visiting, and I wonder if they misplaced their reviews. My experience was exceptional. All the employees were nice, knowledgeable, and passionate. I can't imagine them delivering anything less than excellent service. The environment was super clean and well-maintained. It was a pleasure spending every second there. Jersey Mike's has definitely made a fan out of me!
Just had, for the first time, a pepper steak & onion, no cheese, extra black pepper with ketchup. It was one of the best subs I've ever had. First time in Jersey Mike's. It won't be the last time.

Last night, I tried Jersey Mike's for the first time and had their steak and cheese sub—it was amazing! The steak was perfectly cooked, the cheese was melted just right, and could tell that the bread was fresh. The service was great too and the staff made my food super quick. Plus, they were playing some really good music, which added to the overall experience. I'll definitely be going back for more!

Ordered a couple of subs, got home the bread was stale! I called to let the establishment know and got an attitude from the shift manager.VERY disappointed!!!Overpriced and not even fresh ingredients.Read the other reviews! There is a reason why so many people feel the same way.Treat the people that are keeping your business IN business with a bit more respect. I will not be spending anymore money at this location!It has been a year this JM opened and it has definitely gone downhill! Especially with staff!
