I ordered a value meal, the lady only gave me the sandwich and tried to charge me $5 extra for a meal that cost 7$. Horrible service I lost my appetite it's a language barrier and she not great at understanding English or speaking đŁď¸ but is operating the drive thru. You will never get my money again.

The staff is extremely rude and most of them don't understand simple questions. The food is ok but not worth it, the mcchicken tasted like it had been reheated more than once, they dont follow instructions what so ever (ask for no pickles or onions, there's somehow extra). Their soda machine never works and is always a mess, some of the drinks taste chemically.
Bathrooms are absolutely horrid. Not recommended as a good McDonald's at all.

Life long McDonaldâs customer. I have been going to this restaurant since I was a kid. I have been to hundreds of McDonaldâs around the country and this one is the best. This location sets the standard for quality food, service and cleanliness of any McDonaldâs !

This is the slowest McDonaldâs Iâve ever witnessed. Sometimes 20 minutes waiting in a parking spot at drive-thru. Itâs never been optimized to be better and is far from âfast foodâ

Very disappointed with this McDonald's. I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived, it wasn't ready. I had to wait a long time. When I got home, I discovered the order was wrong: I ordered double burgers and received single ones, and one was even incomplete. I tried contacting the restaurant, but it was impossible to reach anyone. I request that someone from McDonald's contact me to fix this issue and provide a refund.

Within the last year, this McDonaldâs has majorly gone downhill, especially the last 3 months. 2 times I went in the last month, it took almost an hour to get my food and when I did receive it, the fries and nuggets were cold. It wasnât even busy, drive thru had 1 or 2 cars and there were 1-2 people in store. I recently did an online order for breakfast for drive-thru way before 11am when breakfast ends and they wouldnât given me my food. I waited 5-7 minutes for someone ahead of me to order their food, then waited for a worker to asked for my mobile order number. Once I gave it, it was 11:03 and they told me itâs past breakfast and they canât give me my order. I explained I was here well before 11 and did a mobile pick up but had to wait 5-7 minutes for the car in front of me/drive thru attendant. They told me to come to the first window and then told me the same thing and that I will get a refund. I said the same thing and asked how will I get a refund and the person said that she didnât know and to go to the second window for the manager. I then waiting a few minutes there and they moved me to a different window. I sat there for 20ish minutes and the manager never came out. I never got my refund and will now have to dispute the charge with my CC company. As a pervious McDonaldâs employee who use to work the breakfast/lunch shifts, I am very well aware of the policies. If you order your food before 11am, they still have to give you your breakfast order. This is complete bullshit and awful customer service.

Worst fast food in town, awful service. Iâve had to do charge backs because mobile orders never arrived or never were fulfilled. Staff never checks on folks waiting for mobile orders. They prioritize the drive thru and the elderly ordering at the counter.

The nicest oriental man did our curbside app order. He did forget the drinks and ice cream and had to go back twice but he was kind. Only because of his actions I have now changed my review from a one to a five.
Watched 5 people who ordered after me get there food 1st but what really got me is thank god i was watching them the lady put the bare hands on my burger lifting up the bread and meat on the sandwich bare handed then had the audacity to try to serve it to me
