Why do you put 24 hours when you aren’t? Don’t mislead customers looking for a meal late at night just to arrive and see that it’s closed.

I had a large iced coffee. It was good.

The tables and seating give an air of impermanence.

The place was devoid of life. It was about 12:45pm when I arrived and 1pm when I left.

ATTENTION Franchise owner - whip this place into shape or please GTFO... read previous reviews. Orders are almost always wrong. Staff are untrained. Frequently closes before stated hours. Fries always cold. Etc. Etc. Just get this place in order or please close down. Embarrassing.

Waiting to order never came to the window waiting more than 10 minutes ask for someone to take my order no one show in the window second time this month store was empty bad cashier not doing her work

Beyond the barely salted and room temp fries, 9 times out of 10 something with your order will be wrong. They’ll either forget an item entirely, give you a single patty on a double burger, or add/forget condiments. It’s very frustrating getting home or being miles away and realizing your order is wrong!

Check your bags completely before pulling away from this location. There is something missing with their QA process. Workers are nice here, though. It’s a management/training issue.

Don't go to this one. I was ignored in the drive-thru ("Hello?" No answer, tried both lanes, other people got answered before me. Literally ALL I wanted was just a, "One second, be right with you," to make sure the secondary line that I was initially in worked.)
So I went inside. Ordered. Not only did it take a while (still de-prioritized! Why, though??? That's the most baffling part), but they left a whole sandwich out of my order and I had to send it back. The left-out sandwich then had a strong brine flavor.

Even if it was somehow a series of errors, it...idk, felt targeted and intentional. At the very least, it was unprofessional, inaccurate, and not worth your time.

Order always wrong or cold, fries never cooked right! Isn’t that the only reason we love McDonald’s, the fries!? Oh and never get the right toy in the Happy Meal, they love recycling old toys. Skip if you don’t want your child disappointed!
