I didn’t choose Wendy’s. Wendy’s chose me — the moment I realized every halfway-decent restaurant was either closed, packed, or required me to walk more than 12 feet from my car. At that point, my standards dropped faster than the ice in a Frosty machine during a heat wave. And there it was… glowing like a beacon of lukewarm hope: Wendy’s.
Why did I go? Honestly? Because life was already kicking me in the shins and Wendy’s felt like the appropriate culinary equivalent. It’s that point in the day when you say, “Yeah, sure. Let’s eat something that’ll make me question my decisions but won’t kill me as fast as McDonald’s.”
The food? Warm enough to not sue them. Cold enough that you definitely ate it too fast to care.
It’s probably one of the “better” fast-food chains, but that’s like saying one haunted house is safer than another because fewer people screamed inside it. It’s still fast food. It’s still suspiciously square meat. It still gives me that special stomach feeling — not quite sick, not quite fine — just a gentle internal whisper that says, “You did this to yourself.”
But hey, I didn’t walk in expecting fine dining. I walked in expecting edible-ish food delivered quickly by someone who looks like they’ve had enough of humanity for the day. And Wendy’s? She delivered.
Wendy’s is the place you go when:
You’re hungry
You’re tired
You’ve given up on cooking
Your soul has left your body
Everything else in a 10-mile radius looks worse
Or you just really need a Frosty to emotionally stabilize yourself
Wendy’s: Not the best. Not the worst. Just the culinary band-aid for a day that didn’t go as planned.

Come on guys!! Ordered a combo meal and a chicken sandwich. Got home and no fries. Asked for no tomatoes on my burger and extra pickles. Guess what??? No pickles and extra tomatoes. The owner won't read this and won't care.

Do you know what the best part of a taco salad is? Yup… the chili, got home excited to eat and no chili. Called back to get a credit and was told sorry no credits but you can come back to get your chili after driving home. I do not live in Maynard so that was not an option. After paying over 8.00 dollars for a taco salad I got a sorry! Won’t be going back there. This Wendy’s need to make amends for forgotten food other than you can drive back and get it. I see from the other reviews this is not a new problem at this store.

Typical fast food nothing to write home about. I get it for the grandkids because they request it. I don't eat anything there
I ordered a Frosty on that app and got there right before close and the service and food was awesome. A week before that, their official website said that they were open until 12AM. I had a Uber Eats order and couldent get it or deliver it which led to a strike on my account for having to cancel the customer's order. There is no reason they should be closed an hour earlier than the corporate website states.

I go there at 8:30 at night and I order $43 Worth of food. I get home.& I’m missing an entire meal and two orders of french fries! Not to mention, had I not said something I also would’ve would not have gotten my drink or my frosty! How does that happen? Other than people just not caring enough to do their job! They didn’t forget to take my money but they forgot an entire meal and two orders of french fries and it’s not as if they were that busy! I called on the phone and the guy tells me that if I come back tomorrow that they’ll give me the food. I don’t live anywhere near here, so I asked him if he could refund the money to my credit card but of course they said no! Very disappointing! Make sure to double check your order because they definitely will not!!!

Big shout out to Mikalya! Hope I have her name right. Im a door dasher and somehow on my app it said no salt on fries and on her end it did not say that. She was more then happy to fix the order and make new baconator fries, she included a note to the customer explaining the issue and let them keep the messed up frie. The customer was so happy I got a extra 5 dollar tip after which I really needed! Thank you so much,for being so quick and efficient so late at night! Us doordashers appreciate the good business! Very good manager! Very grateful ♡

Slow as slow can be. Food is usually correct and staff is nice but when in drive through they have you park almost every time. If there was another option closer id go there.
