I ordered a Frosty on that app and got there right before close and the service and food was awesome. A week before that, their official website said that they were open until 12AM. I had a Uber Eats order and couldent get it or deliver it which led to a strike on my account for having to cancel the customer's order. There is no reason they should be closed an hour earlier than the corporate website states.
Big shout out to Mikalya! Hope I have her name right. Im a door dasher and somehow on my app it said no salt on fries and on her end it did not say that. She was more then happy to fix the order and make new baconator fries, she included a note to the customer explaining the issue and let them keep the messed up frie. The customer was so happy I got a extra 5 dollar tip after which I really needed! Thank you so much,for being so quick and efficient so late at night! Us doordashers...
So I drive by every morning at 8:30 and all lights are off but they say they are open at 6:30 I've stopped in and they have nothing ready and you have to wait happened a few times then stopped in today spent 23 dollars two combos one chicken and one fish the fish was like cardboard no taste and cold I'm afraid I'm going to boycott the location McDonald is right down the street and can get quick service there and a fish sandwich that tastes better then what I had...
