I'm not happy at all. On 03/12/25 I stayed in room 208 and left with several bug bites on my body. Almost 2 weeks later it still itches.
The hotel changed my reserved room even though I reserved the stay a month prior. My daughter got into the room and the trash was never emptied and the room was dirty.
Not clean, unsanitary, and dishonest staff. They don't change the sheets. We had a pubic hair in our sheets. I asked for a new comforter twice because of blood on them, and we just found some on the third comforter - pictured. After staying in the room for 5 days I asked the manager for my room to be cleaned because housekeeping wasn't making rounds and we had no clean towels or toilet paper. Housekeeping said I had a do not disturb sign on my door - that's a lie. I never once hung it on my door during my stay. There were qr codes for housekeeping and food service for tips. Seriously, pay your employees and don't push it on your customers. Also all the utensils, cups, plates, etc at breakfast were plastic. The amount of plastic waste was astounding and they didn't offer recycling. The Marriott's mission statement is "Making a positive and sustainable impact wherever we do business." This doesn't align with your mission statement.
I stayed here for one night. We booked this hotel without doing much research. It is about a 10 minute or 12 dollar Uber ride from the Quincy Market area. It’s very close to Assembly Row which is a great shopping area. The area of the hotel is cute and clean. Parking is available across the street in a parking garage. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The only downfall was that we booked a king size bed, celebrating our engagement but they said it was sold out and had to give us two separate beds. This was disappointing as we wouldn’t have booked this hotel had we known a king size bed was unavailable.
DO NOT STAY HERE! FILTHY rooms, and were told by the hotel that the rooms are only cleaned every other day - so even if someone checks out and you check in, it may not be cleaned before your stay. It looked like the rooms were cleaned every other month! There was hair all over the floors, sticky drops in front of mini fridge, and on the night stands. The carpets in the halls were curling up from moisture and had not been vacuumed! To make it worse, we got to our room and there was MOLD in the shower if our first room and in the rom they tried to move us too!! Mold is toxic, do not stay here! The female at the front desk with orange nails, was completely unhelpful and possessed no customer service skills. On top of the filth and MOLD, teenagers standing on the roof of the parking garage (parking situation is awful too) threw something heavy at our rental car and it cracked the windshield. We checked out and then had to call multiple times before a refund was provided. Do NOT stay here!!
My stay at AC Marriott Boston North had its highs and lows. The hotel's design was captivating, but signs of wear like tears in the linen and wallpaper were disappointing. Unfortunately, the location was far from the city center, making exploration less convenient. Service-wise, housekeeping missed our room and we had to request extra towels, while reception staff appeared disinterested and even played games on their phones. On a brighter note, the gym, indoor pool, and parking were commendable, but overall, improvements are needed for a more consistent and enjoyable stay.
Clean, professional, lowkey ambiance, mike at the front is wonderful and awesome service to make anyone and everyone happy. Great food around and easy to walk to cvs. Clean area, great gym across and train system! Such a great spot.
awesome rooms and the bar was awesome
Nice, new, and clean. Good staff. It's odd in this day and age and at this price that Breakfast is $19/ea, not free. Maid service is every two days but rooms do not provide enough coffee supplies for two days. Bathrooms need better towel racks and hooks for hanging bags. Drawer and hanger space is limited for longer stays.

Nice quiet location , ample parking for reasonable price. The hotel is modern and well appointed, as all AC hotels. The rooms and bathroom are super clean. Comfortable bed. We had a nice stay, if it were not for the terrible neighbors we had who were partying in their room until we called front desk at 2.30am, who promptly handled the situation efficiently. Management and staff super friendly and efficient.
My comment is for the staff and not the establishment. The hotel is beautiful and sanitary, but I had a terrible experience because of the encounter I had with the front desk employees. I was told that check out was at 12PM and this is also stated on the Tripadvisor website. Our hotel key was not working to access the elevator we went to the front desk for assistance and that is when the employee told us that check out was at 11AM and our key wouldn’t work past check out time despite that the key was already disabled at 10:45AM. The lady at front desk, Rebecca was not polite or understanding and it felt uncomfortable to speak to her. Another guest was also waiting to be assisted and by speaking to the fellow guest we realized that we were both receiving poor and unpolite service. Instead of resolving the issue the front desk offered to bring out the manager which escalated the situation. We were not interested in speaking a manager; we just wanted our keys to work since we still have our belongings in the hotel room. We were asked for ID but couldn’t provide since that was in the room we were locked out of. The manager was even more rude than the employee we spoke to, and he did not excuse the unpolite employee. It is sad to have a beautiful hotel stay but the customer service is poor due the employees not knowing how to carry themselves and have proper customer service. We have stayed at this hotel before and never encountered an issue with customer service, but this time was far different than our other visits.
Great location. Great price. Very close to the Encore Casino for a 1/3 the rate of the casino Very clean room, nice bar in the lobby, huge parking garage adj to the hotel. This hotel is very close to Boston and next to Assembly Row. I will definitely stay here again
We were in town for one night only and wanted to try an AC Hotel. It looks very sleek and clean in the lobby. But the hallways outside the room were speckled with debris. The room looked nice on the surface. But I could not get hot water flowing in the shower. There is no microwave in the room but one communal microwave next to the ice maker. We were also without coffee cups. I asked the front desk but they gave me coffee. I had to find paper cups in the lobby coffee maker. Parking was across the street (it was downpouring rain).
Room was clean and well designed. I use a wheelchair and it is great to have a roll in shower with a bench, but the water runs out onto the floor and seems to be collecting under the flooring (yuck). The main waiter (David) in restaurant at breakfast is great. Breakfast is pricey but good fresh fruit and other choices. Would be nice to have coffee in lobby!
