Alfredo's Italian Kitchen Medford

Their eggplant parm was so amazing, I could eat it everyday. Staff were very friendly and warm.

Just ordered a steak tip wrap and could not chew through any of the “beef”. I’ve had steak tip wraps from their Somerville location and it’s normally delicious and filled with tender beef tips but whatever they tried to sell me at this Medford location was distasteful. I took out a different piece of meat from the wrap to see if it was one piece that was possibly overcooked but none of the meat could be chewed through. Didn’t get through the first half of the wrap before throwing it away. Poor quality meat would be my major complaint here.

The manager is terrible. He has no manners and didn’t even apologize for not getting our food order right. He refused to give us a refund.

This place is one of the best Italian spots in all of Medford. You think you’re getting a basic Italian dish but the pastas and entrees are authentically flavored and will soon become your comfort restaurant for years. Super worth it!!

Have tried the Falafel wrap and pizza by the slice here. Both are good. Will be back here again.

Changing my rating I had up for a long time i been ordering and buying food from Alfredo's since they where in Everett. I must say they im very disappointed $60 order tonight I'm charged for extra and giving no extra I asked for a Romano sub toast just the bun no tomatoes add peppers and oil well they call back 5 mins later asking if I want tomatoes again said no and repeated my exact sub the way I wanted they said ok they got it. Well who ever took order didn't understand and is trying to lie at 748pm saying they have no driver and they closing cant make me another one. When that's a lie they close at 10pm and deliver up till closing because I've ordered late so many times. Guy was rude on phone so I yelled back at him he hung up. Very very disappointed when this was their mistake. I always tip in cash my family always order same foods.

My son loves the chicken finger dinners. I love the chicken stir fry sub !

Rude unfriendly. Ordered a crispy pizza. Was barley cooked. Oh & when I got it home there was a dead moth in the box. Place sucks.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Alfredo's Italian Kitchen. From start to finish, it was a disaster.

First, the staff's behavior was appalling. They were rude, inattentive, and seemed annoyed by simple requests. It felt like they didn't care about customer service at all.

Secondly, the food quality was terrible. The dishes were bland, cold, and clearly not fresh. It was one of the worst meals I've ever had.

To top it off, the packaging was a mess. Items were carelessly thrown into containers, leading to spills and a complete lack of presentation.

Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at Alfredo's Italian Kitchen. The combination of terrible treatment, poor food quality, and sloppy packaging made for an awful experience.
