i just love this place the pizza is amazing and so is the service. one worker here Milton did a phenomenal job. i don’t know how he does it , he’s amazing. You would think he had 8 arms and 2 lungs how hard this man works. Hats off to you Milton.

In my hungriest moment there is always one restaurant I can rely on and it’s Bertucci’s because of my favorite waiter Milton. Who always fits our needs and provides the best service imaginable. He’s incredibly kind and hardworking!

terrible, we spent a long time waiting for someone to answer us, and no one to give us an explanation…

All I can say we did not eat the entrees it’s bad! Chicken does not taste right the flavors seem questionable or like frozen food. The only thing that’s good is the bread rolls and oilServices is good menu is disappointing. Sooooo yea never again to bertucci’s

Haven't been to a Bertucci's in years. Always a good meal. This time wasn't the greatest, my wifes pasta dish was blend and not much favor. My pizza was ok. Only thing that was good was the salads.

I have nothing but great things to say about the fine establishment that is Bertucci's Italian Restaurant. They have been a staple for get togethers for over 3 years now for me. I have been here for family gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, and everything in between. From the warm bread rolls to the quick service, what's not to like? I usually get a custom pizza, which is quite large and can be spit into two meals. We receive great coupons by email as well, so keep an eye out for them!

used to go there and always loved it but yesterday we get disapointed. My husband got the special menu which is 22$ it has an entry which is a salad then chicken parm and the desert, when about to pay the waitress got the receipt that was wrong she put everything separate that means we have to pay for salad and chicken parm separately when my husband showed her the receipt and the special he got in the menu she didn't want to fix it and just say it starting at 22$. It was clear in the menu special chicken parm with salad and dessert 22$.

Mgr Lynne was extremely pleasant to me and helped me choose lunch. She is a very pleasant person as I am 83 and handicapped. A wonderful, kind employee. Thank you.
