This is for takeout only- I haven't dined in here in over six years. But relative to my other takeout sushi experiences recently, combined with the impact of the pandemic on consistency and predictability, Blue Fuji is very good by these standards. I've ordered sushi here thrice now and it's been consistently fresh every time. I would try dining in if you're outside a quick delivery/takeout radius.

As opposed to a few years ago, the quality of service and taste of the food was not good at all. It was not busy at all. Ok, so we forgot our masks. If the restaurant requires masks for it's guests, they should have them handy for those that have been vaccinated and don't carry masks with them. The menus were thrown at us. Prices on menu were not what was stated on the bill. Overcharged us. The quality of the food was not good at all. I asked if they hired a different cook. The answer was no. So the same cook and staff that was very good a few years ago, has become very bad. The only thing that was good was a pot of green tea, that they charged for. Didn't offer us any sugar or alternatives. Good thing we brought our own Stevia. Stevia is the healthiest to maintain good memory and reduce risk of cognitive decline.

Let me start by saying I don't like the ordering process. At all. I called ahead of time and actually made a reservation, I probably didn't need to. Nobody else was in the entire restaurant probably just there at 6 o'clock on a Saturday night. Maybe a first red flag? Not sure. We were seated by somebody that was very nice. And then she just walked away. We didn't know we had to order any other specific way. There's a QR code you click. And then it shows you the menu. It just would come back and take the order. I don't. The woman finally walked by and asked us are you going to order? Which we responded, and she explain to her the order for the app. So if you're gonna be sitting inside of my opinion. Still order for a sushi roll platter of spicy sushi, and a Pupu platter for two. Just basic fare nothing special. No drinks, just water. It came out very fast. Almost too fast. Like it was back there, and they just needed to heat it up, but I'm not sure. Each item was very routine. Nothing to write home about. Solid Chinese American Pupu platter, and solid Japanese American sushi. She came back twice to refill my water. But nothing else. And. You have to check out on the app as well. It was just a weird experience. I don't think we go back. When we were there, three or four phone calls. I'm assuming that's probably for people who did takeout or delivery, but I would expect to be much busier on a Saturday night. Just my opinion. Paragraph. It was in writing. It was just a weird experience overall.

Our family enjoyed excellent sushi rolls in addition to solid Chinese food offerings. The waitstaff was helpful and very pleasant. The atmosphere was also nice.

Food was delicious. We did miss the human interaction of having a waiter or waitress. It was fun for a date night but nothing to brag about. Service we had was decent.

Over the weekend I placed an order on a 3rd party food app. The restaurant took too long to confirm that the order was placed so I cancelled (with picture proof). Next thing you know I get not one call (didn't recognize the number and didn't pick up) but two calls. When I picked up, the lady asked if I wanted egg in my dish. 20-25 minutes after I cancelled the order. I said I cancelled the order and she insisted I did not. We went back and forth and she ended up putting the phone down without telling me. I kept saying "hello, ma'aam, hello" and just waited (7 minutes!!!!) for her to come back and asked if I still wanted the order. I said no, I cancelled it and she hung up on me. When I called back ( I was going to tell her how unprofessional and rude she was), no one picked up and it kept ringing (clearly they have caller id). I made a complaint with the 3rd party app. Nothing like dealing with this when you are starving and getting food somewhere else. They lost a good customer.

Been going to Blue Fuji for fourteen years. This place has the best sushi in the Greater Boston area, delicious organic rice, excellent variety of pan Asian dishes, and really great and friendly service. Highly recommend!

The sushi and food was delicious. Ordered for delivery through the website and the food arrived just around the time that was stated. Overall, a great experience and I will be a returning customer.

Very good even the lo mein was good and I usually don't like lo mein. Sushi was very good.

We've been going to other spots the past 2 years as prices here are super high and we've had a few issues. I always find myself waiting a decent amount of time past when my order should be ready. One time I went to pick up an order (pre-Covid) I arrived on time and was told a few minutes. I kept being told my order would be up soon but after waiting 30+ min they told me the delivery driver took it on accident so I had to wait for him to return, but they definitely could have made me a new order faster. I was offered soup but had no interest. We also ordered for Christmas Eve this past year and prices were outrageous. There was a crowd of people waiting for food and there was no communication on when orders would be ready.

I get that Covid is a thing and take out has been hard on places but I ordered food from here abd was told to come after 25 minutes and that id also get a call when the food is ready. I never got a call and am still waiting 45 mins for my food. They do not come out to talk to you about how long your order is going to take. There were 2 other people who ordered before me, that when I got here, have been here for an hour and a half. Neither was told their food was gonna take longer. Needless to say both stormed off. At least have the decency to let your customers know that there will be a delay on the pickups. Was very disappointed by the way this was handled. Be careful when you order. At the end of it I will say that i got a discount for waiting.

We've been loyal Blue Fuji fans for years, but recently their quality has taken a big hit, which given the high cost compared to other local Asian fusion places, means we are going to take our business elsewhere. They've completely changed several of their recipes including our favorite Peking raviolis and when we called to say there was something wrong - after finding shrimp in a normally pork dumpling - the customer service was rude and made us send a picture because they didn't believe us. When we sent, they then backtracked and said they were using a new distributor and didn't know what was in the dumplings... They then refused to refund us or even apologize. Won't be ordering again.

I ordered lunch through GrubHub on a weekday and when I came to pick up, the restaurant was closed and lights were off. Pretty disappointing as the hours on Blue Fuji's website indicate they're open. I wanted to try out this restaurant and now I never will.

They no longer come into the building to deliver, They lost us as a customer! We now get our sushi at Wegmans it's cheaper and just as good if not better!

Love this place! Their sushi is really fresh and there are many different maki rolls, specialty rolls, hand rolls, and nigiri to choose from. Overall the quality is really good. My one complaint is the price. For the size of the rolls, I do think their prices are a bit expensive. However it wouldnt deter me from ordering again.
