Food took over a 1/2 hour to come out. My potatoes and my friends were ice cold! One waitress for one side of restaurant so not her fault! Food overall was ok wouldn't go back. Just meh!

Ordered takeout, took 90 minutes. Uber eats driver took the wrong order. When I called the restaurant and asked for a refund the manager refused to do it right away, told me she was too busy, and hung up on me. Went to the restaurant (yes, I went down there) and she gave me attitude for 10 minutes until giving me a refund. Why is it so hard to give someone a refund who didn’t get their food? I would stay away until they get a new manager.

Very rude manager. Do not recommend; if you don't like your meal, which you won't, it will be your fault. Has a history of not refunding patrons and not honoring gift certificates. Bad food, questionable ethics. Terrible all around.

Old Lady with glasses had a nasty attitude when there was a misunderstanding about a takeout order. Bad customer service and first time experience for me. Disappointing how a food service worker could talk to a customer like that. Food was good though.

I've been 5 or 6 times. The service is hit or miss. I waited with a very small lunch crowd almost 45 mins for a plate of pasta and sauce. A Solid 30 mins for shrimp cocktail. These are basic quick items.

Another amazing to-go meal Made by Bocelli‘s Italian restaurant I ordered two mussels and calamari fra diavolo and it was Absolutely incredible
I spoke to a woman who I believe is the new owner and I cannot even begin to say how much of a sweetheart she is She took the time to individually put down my substitutions and request in the order
It was an absolutely amazing meal made by a very talented chef employed by a very sufficient employer
I plan on making many returns to Bocelli‘s as I have been going here for many years and plan to for many more

When the restaurant was owned by Nick and his wife, the food was absolute perfection each and every time
This is my first time in since the change of hands and I am so very disappointed
My mother ordered my food for me. I was running late to the restaurant. It was clams fra diavolo with Fusilli When I got to the restaurant, I was presented with clams fra diavolo Linguine
Obviously, I sent it back and I waited another 30 minutes for my food which I got in a to go box When I opened it just now and started eating. I found strands of linguine in my meal- They didn’t even have the decency to remake the meal, the chef just reuse the clams for my new dish
The seafood here is very cheap now and not good quality at all Below, I will provide a picture of what the Clams Fra Diavolo looked like when Nick owned the restaurant and what it looks like now
I am disappointed with the service and food quality I will not be returning to the restaurant unless things change drastically

Love this place, our go to for Italian in Medford. Friendly staff, great service and a wonderful variety of authentic Italian dishes that never disappoint.
