Not many BMs left. This one is by far the worst I have been in. Dirty- has a I don’t care attitude- asked for Manager and was told Manager was too busy. Loud music - many dirty tables- out of some soft drinks. Boy was my family dissatisfied. Never again will I spend $$ on less than poor service and sub standard food. Corporate, please fix it

I was sitting and wondering what my wife and I would have for dinner on this beautiful Saturday night and boston market was my first thought. But after reading the reviews I quickly changed my mind.I don't know what's wrong there but people are hating on you guys really bad. Good luck and get better.

This place is a disgusting dump i can’t believe it’s still open. Soda machine doesn’t work, phone doesn’t work, no music and 1/4 menu TVs don’t work. Waited over 35 minutes for ONE sandwich. Completely ignored pickup customers for 20 minutes. I wouldn’t step foot in here again if you paid me.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. I used to love Boston Market because of the consistency. I don't know what this place is doing, but in my opinion they should have to change their name. This is in no way, shape, or form a fair representation of the Boston Market I remember. If you care for yourself, do not eat this food. I don’t know how you mess up rotisserie chicken so badly. If you want decent roasted chicken go get a Market Basket rotisserie for $4. Sides were whack as well. The restaurant itself was dead and they didn’t have 70% of the menu items available.
This place looks like it's on the verge of closing permanently. It was literally like walking into a place that's shutting down in a few days. I left

God awful service. barely anyone working. no mashed potatoes and gravy!? literally watched this man go to the back, grab a bottle of sweet baby rays bbq sauce for the meatloaf, and dump it on right in front of me? food was handed to me in a white Styrofoam container. and had the AUDACITY to charge me $17 for garbage?is it staffing? bad management? low supplies? do us a favor and close. thank you ?

The only thing good about this location is the tables are clean! No one is ever prepared to take your order let alone there's no hot food it's literally been there since opening! There is never Mashed potatoes!!
