I went to Burger King on Mystic Ave in Medford. Today I was treated very badly. I just went to buy a burger, I didn't lose. The attendant was super rude, rude, and avoided contact as if we were in a pandemic. But that's okay, I understand. All this care and working without gloves, she touched the money and took the burger. I asked her name, she didn't want to say it. Then she told me it was Catherine. She worked at the drive-thu. I saw that the manager even gets praise, how much this woman gets, but I complain. It's ridiculous how she treats people. I live in Medford. I like Burger King, but I won't go back to this address. My money has value elsewhere

Not open 24/7, told me to wait an hour when I pulled up

Imagine my surprise when I pulled up to get a burger and I’m told that they can’t make the burger because they’re out of buns. I would understand if it was close to closing but they’re open “24 hrs”. I guess it’s 24 hours if you order what they’re ready for
I go here all the time and today they said bbq sauce cost $0.57 per unless you buy nuggets even if you bought fries. Also they messed up my impossible whopper by adding mayo when asked not to add. Upon entering with the defective order via the drive thru, I got an eye roll and the took the burger back onto the line. They removed the mayo covered lettuce and added it back to the lettuce bin, contaminating the whole line. Then replaced the top bun with lettuce from that same bin. When I pointed this out I got more attitude and had to demand the burger be remade and now not have lettuce. The employees kept staring at me the whole time they remade it.

Management have to know about this Woman employee in the photo. She is amazing. Salutes me by my name every time igo to the restaurant. This time today a handicapped man entered, she was so kind to him. Suggested menu itens to customers. Best in town!

The Burger King yes I long for a Time of monarchy to return and restore order and that comes with the delicious fresh chicken entrees that come in and lately when I go I get two free milkshakes I don't know why am I the king are you the king are we all Kings or are there no Kings let's ask Rodney King

I had a paper and they didn’t accept it, but with other people paper, they accepted also the food in there Has so much oil that somebody could go to the hospital
