I live very close, to where I have walked by this place almost everyday for 2 years. However, I have never gone inside. I regret that now. Everything is fantastic, from the coffee to the food and even the environment.

I got a croissant that had a filling and I also got a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese and I got a coffee beverage and I got a single sanbitter. The price was very reasonable and everything tasted excellent. You can hear the locals here speaking Italian and it is truly an authentic Italian Cafe.
Parking: I believe they have two or three spaces for customers in front of their store however street parking is very limited and signage should be observed explicitly.
