Terrible management specially in take out and uber eats orders! Manager and staff keep putting orders in the shelf even though people are stealing and grabbing other people’s others! Talk to the manager a few times but he don’t really care

An item was missing from my order and the presentation of the food felt careless. The rice was dry and the whole bowl lacked flavor. I was offered free drink, which felt more like a way to dismiss my concerns rather than address the problem. I hope improvements can be made to ensure a better experience in the future.

Such rude and disgusting staff to deal with. They have teenagers at the front with their arms crossed, completely unapproachable. I asked where the pick up area was and they just point as they roll their eyes. I apparently was bothering them by asking the EMPLOYEES for some help. The order I placed online was not ready when I (politely) asked the lady at the pick up area, who also had a bad attitude. She then tossed my bag up at me on the counter. I was bothering her at her JOB too which is probably why my order was wrong and a complete disappointment. I didn’t open the bag till I got to work. There was barely any meat and there were not all the toppings I requested. No guacamole that I paid extra for either. I reached out to customer service explaining what was wrong with photos attached, asking for a refund for the meal I did not eat. They sent me a coupon for a free soft drink? No where an equivalent to the $15 meal I paid for and didn’t get correctly, which I told them. It took some time to hear back and receive a BOGO entree coupon. Of course a BOGO deal so that I spend some more money at this horrible company. Do better. Train your staff better. Have better standards for your staff and the product you give out.

I got a gift card for Christmas and was really looking forward to trying this place. Was I disappointed!!! Filthy!!! The floor was covered with napkins food and in general … trash!!! There was not a table or chair without bits food or trash on it!! I would have turned around and left but my husband “ get it to go we don’t have to eat it here”. Okay!! Soooo….No brisket… had to wait for beef so we ordered chicken…ice cold!! I did take my food to go but I’m only 5 minutes away. Come on people… there were only 2 customers besides us in the place.
Staff were very pleasant and friendly but it’s probably one and done for me!!

It has its flavor but the containers where they have the food are very disgusting. It seems like they never cleaned them. The girl who charged me was changing bags in the garbage cans and went to charge me even if I wanted to clean her hands and the tables were very dirty…. They should clean a little

Honestly, this is the most consistent Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my many years of enjoying Chipotle. I would say I can get exactly every I want on my bowl 95% of the time and I go once a week. Once in a while, the fajitas are overcooked and burnt or undercooked and hard, but it’s not like they’re supposed to be perfect, it’s usually nbd. Their management appears to be on top of it there, he hires great staff that doesn’t cheap out on you and serves you with a smile that doesn’t feel forced. It’s usually very clean with the exception of a few dirty tables from selfish customers not cleaning up after themselves. I can’t speak for online ordering, I exclusively walk in because it’s cheaper and you usually get good portions face-to-face. All and all solid Chipotle experience, can’t complain.

Pricing is good for its location. Medford is a busy city and the pricing here is lower than othet locations. Food is good.

By far the worst Chipotle in the area. The food quality isn’t the issue, but the lack of proper preparation is. Despite closing at 11 p.m., they often run out of basic ingredients like corn, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and guacamole by 9 or 10 p.m. we aren’t talking about things like chicken or beef, it’s about employees simply not wanting to refill or restock because they seem eager to leave. Save yourself the hassle and head to Qdoba instead.

Price goes up and now you get less food this is terrible ! They need to be consistent and don't order delivery unless your ok with half an order on their bowls
