It was an okay experience. I went here with my family and the food was not bad. I ordered the 2222. It was decent food, the pancakes are what stuck out to me most, super tasty. My mother was not a fan of the coffee, she said it was super watered down barely any coffee taste. While the potato’s had a reused oil taste which wasn’t ideal. I would say that the service was pleasant. The girl who was our server was prompt and kind to us. We didn’t have to wait long for the food which was nice. The only other thing I’d have to say is I wish they also took card. We didn’t realize it was cash only since online it didn’t say anything. But I hope at some point they can update that to match the modern ways of payment as well. Overall a 3/5 experience Wouldn’t be my first place to go back to again.

While the food is great at the Classic Cafe, the real reason I come here is Mimi - the owner’s Mom, and part of the wait staff. I followed her here from Arlington where she originally owned a diner. She knows all my children and grandchildren and loves them as her own. There’s always room for one more at the Classic, but you’ll never feel crowded as you may in many other places. The place is immaculate (including the large bathroom) and you’ll always receive the warmest of welcomes! Try it - you won’t be disappointed!,
