Bad customer service. Was not acknowledged when entering. Could not make milkshake because no milk, did not have hot fudge. Asked for two separate ice creams, but gentleman put them in one cup without even asking. Shut it down. Not coming back.

Somebody help me before I lose my mind.An ice cream store that has no milk.Read that again an ice cream store that has no milk but they make milkshakes.Now let's think about this.If you were the general manager or the manager and you had no milk.Wouldn't you just go by a gallon of milk to hold your staff Over so you don't be embarrassed in front of the rest of the world. Whoever is ordering the supplies at this store should be fired immediately immediately. A big corporation like this couldn't produce a gallon of milk for the employee. One star because this place was the place to go Too 5 years ago. They always run out of vanilla. That’s crazy ,and on top of that the waffle cones too. Just had a smoothie from there, pure water. Not coming back sadly.

First time ordering a custom cake from this franchise. Not only did I receive a plain, non decorated cake, but most of it was just regular cake. There was only a thin layer of ice cream on it. I requested it to be decorated and the employee said “I didn’t have any piping so forget it” no sorry, no sprinkles, nothing. It was ordered a week ahead so there was plenty of time to let me know. I was in a hurry and didn’t have the time to put up a stink. While I was lining up there was an odd sour smell coming from the area where the ice creams were displayed.

Me and my boyfriend ordered a medium and a small size ice cream, and they just look the same. Even the small one (on the right) look much more than the medium one (on the left). Customer service is terrible. Low energy, hard to hear and always wait you to say something first. If this is the first time i visit this store, i would be terrified and never want to try again, Even the ice cream is nice

Ordered online and these workers did me dirty. Been eating/ordering at this place since I was a kid and in all my years never gotten something so disrespectful and lazy. Added many toppings, barely had any I requested,missing some toppings. Used a plastic to cover the container. I get it’s a bit extra work, the best thing to do was separate into containers that have lids. Y’all needa do Better. Y’all are hoping for a lawsuit. If I was allergic to nuts. Cross contamination would’ve been high on the this case. You guys need to do a overhaul of employee and get them to understand they could be putting peoples lives at risk. I would in the food industry, this is not acceptable at all.

Vegetarian options: There is a vegan ice cream option and a frappe option but they are not careful about not mixing it with milk.
Dietary restrictions: They have options for plant based ice cream and say they cater to allergies but I wouldn't trust any cross contamination. I had to watch that they tried to put whole milk in the plant based milkshake and then after I called it out they simply dumped it and used the same blender, didn't even look to rinse it out forget cleaning it at all.

Very disappointed in this. Staff did not care about their customers and food tasted like detergent. Staff tole forever to scoop and lots of the icecream was melted in the tubs. I also noticed lots of the ice cream was mixed and cross contaminated into other tubs. Good be a hazard for allergies. won't be getting again

I LOVE Coldstone, but every time I order whether I go there or through door dash, the order takes so incredibly long. Schedule more people or shut off online ordering when you're busy??

I want to day it is the wors customer service I had lately, maybe ever. The truly work like they are doing us a favor and that we are really bothering them...too bad, the ice cream os good but I don't like to pay to be mistreated.
