Firstly the customer service is just horrendous, you feel like such a burden for even stepping into the store. The 3 stars is because the quality of the ice cream is unmatched! Warning- if you get any of the halloween themed ice cream, forgetting the name but it’s black dyed and cake battered flavored- it will dye everything… i mean everything so maybe don’t get it for kids lol

Customer service is terrible and rude, specially the that little lady so rude with us and when I asked for small cone instead of big waffle for my son ice cream, she's like oh we don't have it right now, really,,employee with Low energy, hard to hear and always wait you to say something first. this is the first and last time i visit this store and never want to try again, don't care even the ice cream is good.

The date is August 9th a Saturday and I want to commend the excellent customer service of the staff that was working this night. 3 young ladies who made me want to come back to this location often. Parked in rear and tried to enter but door was locked due to the time. One of the workers noticed us outside and opened the door while informing us the rear closes at a certain time but still allowed us to enter. Overall great customer service thru the whole transaction. Thank you guys.

You can't put milk on a nondairy ice cream order when I ask for non-dairy milk for your order and say 'Oh it's okay'. Staff need to know how to make foods available for people who are lactose intolerant.
First time trying Cold Stone and I will never go back. The most disgusting ice cream I had in my life and its overpriced. Almost $11 for a kiddie size.

Server do not wear gloves or hair net despite of having have long hair, poor hygiene. They barely filled the cup of Love it size and when I questioned that why the quantity is so less than what I used to get before they said they have to fill it just upto the rim of the cup. When I opened the cup it was barely enough to touch the top of the cup.
The quality and customer service have definitely dropped down a lot for this place. Won't recommend it to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Staff was rude and refused to make my online order. Waited over a hour for my order and was yelled at for asking why the online orders were taking so long. They proceeded to take the Uber orders head of me and made me wait till all those orders were completed. Not worth it do not go. When my husband called because I was so upset I cried on the way home they said we should have just canceled the order. I will never go here again and will be telling everyone I know not to go as well.

We stopped by the Cold Stone at Stations Landing and were immediately greeted by… an aroma. Imagine a port-o-potty at a summer fair after a chili dog-eating contest—yep, that kind of vibe. BUT once you get past the nasal assault, it’s all uphill! The team was super friendly, and the ice cream? Absolute magic. 10/10 would risk the smell again for that sweet, creamy goodness.
