Terrible customer service since they refused to answer the phone at this location. I ordered my mother some cookies for her birthday set for a 10 PM delivery immediately after paying on the app I got a notification that it would be delivered in 26 minutes 3 1/2 hours too early. I’ve been calling the phone for almost 20 minutes. I called a dozen times. No one will answer the phone.someone needs to reach out to me for a refund since the store employees don’t answer
