I paid for delivery of 4 pizzas, at Dominos on Mystic Ave, Medford,Ma. The pizzas arrived burned, the delivery person said the manager was John, the first time I call they hung up on me, the second time they set the phone on counter without saying a word and hung up on me after 15 min. 3 rd time someone answered and said hello and said I’ll be right back and after being on hold 15 min he hung up, 4 time they just hung up on me, I’m disgusted with these people, it’s 1015, I’m a disabled 66 yo and I have nothing to eat in my house as I’m homebound, I paid $45.00 and got nothing but treated like I’m worthless, I’m advising everyone go to some other pizza place , I’d worry that there’d will make you sick

I ordered TWICE from this dominos and both orders got "delivered", amounting to 50 dollars of lost food. I called the store and apparently there's "nothing they can do" when their staff delivers the food!!! I hope to god uber eats will refund me.

I've been ordering regularly since Feb 2022. I never had complaints about the food, but since Nov 2024 the quality of food has gone down. The staff doesn't take feedback seriously.

I’ve ordered from here multiple times and been pleased with the food. Today, however, a delivery driver aggressively tailgated and honked at me and my children in a school zone during pickup. Silver SUV. I understand being in a rush, but this is unsafe and a very bad look on the Medford Dominos. Please take action and talk to your drivers about road rage before there is an incident.

Delivery driver didn’t give me more than 30 seconds to come downstairs from my apartment. My order was stolen within 30 seconds because the delivery driver gave it to someone else

Worst service. Placed an order online for delivery, after tracking it on the app, my order said it was delivered. Never received my order, when I called in the store they claimed they had called me twice, did not receive a single phone call from them, my door was opened no driver ever showed up. Very disgraceful
Online ordering didn't work and when we called them they didn't care to help at all.

Have never had an issue at this Dominos. I pickup and do not get delivery, so I cannot speak to delivery. That being said, everything is always ready extremely quickly and my orders have always been correct over many visits.

I have ordered here several times over the years and would recommend avoiding them as they are incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes they mark your order as delivered and then it shows up an hour late or not at all. And btw, if your order is never delivered, Domino's does not offer you a refund. I will be filing a charge back with my bank.
