I love Dunkin Donuts and never had any issues with other stores before but I was terribly disappointed at this store. The floor was dirty, the tables and chairs were dirty and sticky. I had to wash and wipe the table and chairs before my group of 4 could sit down. There were no napkins in the napkin holder, rubbish container was overflowing and when my friend went to use the restroom there was no toilet paper. When I asked the store employee for some toilet paper he said there was none in the store and he had to call his manager. If an inspector went in there I am sure they would have written them up. How hard is it to keep supplies on hand and tables wiped down? I mean there were 4 men working there when we came in and not one bothered to clean the tables. They were too busy laughing and chatting behind the counter. I will never go to this store again.

This place upsets the hell out of me and I wish it wasn’t the only place “open” at 4am for coffee on my way to work. They are NEVER open on time. 15-30 mins after 4, everything is still locked up and closed curtains. Don’t open at 4 if you can’t maintain that for your customers!

Worst Dunkin’ donuts i have ever been to. got my order wrong not once or twice but three times and were completely rude towards me. go to another location. also waited 20 minutes.

Honestly the service sucks - nobody is nice. Today I went through drive thru at 9am - sat at speaker for 30 seconds, no answer. Drove up to window - at least 4 crew members in FC/DT area, not one of them comes to the window or does anything. If you dont want to sell coffee dont turn on the open sign?

Horrible. I ordered an iced latte on 11/3 a male named mohammed had an attitude because I came in because my drink was wrong it was all milk no expresso, no white mocha just whipped cream and milk! I came in and told him my issue. He had an attitude and took my cup and just poured expresso over top. I worked in food industry your supposed to dump and remake. Not right DD do better. I go to dd everyday I know my coffee.. and my coffee still dont taste right!!

How does this place say it’s 3.5 stars with all these 1 star reviews? Was nearby and accidentally happened upon this location. Wait was long and they made my order wrong after still after I had to repeat myself 3 times. Then argued with me when he made it wrong and I asked him to remake it since it was literally completely wrong (too many pumps of the syrups when I specified, 2 kinds of milk?? Regular instead of decaf + the wrong size). It was actually amazing how wrong the order was

The lady who's taking the order is very rude, barely speaks English and talks in a loud angry voice. She doesn't understand my needs and kept giving me the stink eye. The place is dirty. I had to clean my own table. It's one of the worst Dunkins I've been in.

Very terrible service, very stingy, and workers are rude. This dunkin is so unprofessional they need to shut it down. They always have bad days, they’re good days are not consistent. Management needs to fix whatever is going on in there.

Who took the order looked sleepy and the manager looks upset. The most important thing is how dirty it is. I am sure that it brings animals at night. If that it is from the night before, someone should had cleaned it.

The worst experience I’ve had a Dunkin’ Donuts. I was ordering at the drive-through. There’s a line in front of me and no one behind me. The lady over the intercom tells me I need to hurry up and then I’m being too slow.

The staff at the studio really needs to be trained on manners and decorum.

I will never be back to the dunks, and I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family as well.

I’m here on Sunday 7/21/24 and the service sucks. This is the second time this has happened. I am going through the drive thru and i am the third car in line and it takes 20 minutes to get my order taken. It seems like they take the order of the car and have them drive around and complete their order and then take the next one. Please train your staff to multi task.

I had ordered a medium frozen coffee with only oatmilk and the drive thru person kept going back and fourth saying no milk or cream? I kept saying no, just oatmilk. Once I got to the window, I confirmed with her again and she said only oat milk. I received my order and it said 1 cream and one milk. I have a dairy allergy and can not consume it. I asked her why my ticket said it was not oatmilk and she confirmed it was oatmilk and it was a ticket error. Low and behold, it was not oatmilk and indeed dairy. I have no idea why people lie when allergies are a real thing. If the worker did not understand what oatmilk was, they could have consulted with another worker. This is gross behavor.
