Conveniently located with plenty of parking. Tricky to navigate out due to mostly right turns only.

If I can rate this zero stars, I would!!
We went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. The guy told us we can pull up to the next window, but before pulling up he said half of our order was missing. We then tried to get a refund, he refused and demanded that we choose different items. He repeated that he couldn’t refund us, that he’d only be able to if a manager was there. He then left us waiting for ten minutes at the intercom. We heard laughing and talking; it was like they had forgotten all about us! We spoke up for their attention asking to speak to someone else. He then replied saying he’ll get someone… Kid You Not, two seconds later, the same voice responded acting like a new person! At this point we knew we had to go to the window. Oh how I didn’t know that was only the beginning.
At the window, we restated our entire order and he lets us know every single item is unavailable. At this point we were going back and forth to find a solution. We settled on substitutions. Can you believe he manage to get every single item wrong STILL even with the new substitutions!!! Even with the messed up order, we left due to a line forming and because of how RIDICULOUS the situation was!
I would not recommend going here! If you do be wary of miscommunication, unprofessional behavior, and frequent order mess ups!

None of the restroom had hand soap. I don’t want to think how employees wash their hand after using the restroom. I can tell they didn’t refill for a long time. Cause it was all dried out around the container. Disgusting situation.
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They always have too many staff and yet they never get anything done. They stand around chatting. Even when you mobile order 20 minutes ahead of time it’s still not ready when you get there. They also are always out of everything and instead of taking it off the app they leave it on there and say too bad when you get there. There’s a Starbucks and Panera within walking distance of this Dunks. Go there and don’t bother here.

Very rude poor communication took 4 times to get 6 doughnuts correct and had to redo with fresh order cross contamination very poorly run and very mouthy state need to inspect this location

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I’ve ever been into in Massachusetts. The staff do not understand a lick of English I asked for a cookie dough frozen coffee clear as day. The picture is on the board and they not only make me the wrong frozen and coffee they also gave me an attitude and started speaking in their language because they felt like I was wrong when I order a frozen coffee daily.

The staff don’t understand much English and don’t speak much either. They didn’t make the coffee right truly worst experience in many years living in Massachusetts don’t recommend coming here

They over charge your order. If you ask for regular flavor they charge .10 without asking. I get when you ask for extra flavor, but I didn't ask for extra flavor. And when they fix your coffee they just dump a little out and put in more coffee. And still charge you for the extra flavor. Crazy. Their over charging their customers.

I love Dunkin Donuts and never had any issues with other stores before but I was terribly disappointed at this store. The floor was dirty, the tables and chairs were dirty and sticky. I had to wash and wipe the table and chairs before my group of 4 could sit down. There were no napkins in the napkin holder, rubbish container was overflowing and when my friend went to use the restroom there was no toilet paper. When I asked the store employee for some toilet paper he said there was none in the store and he had to call his manager. If an inspector went in there I am sure they would have written them up. How hard is it to keep supplies on hand and tables wiped down? I mean there were 4 men working there when we came in and not one bothered to clean the tables. They were too busy laughing and chatting behind the counter. I will never go to this store again.

This place upsets the hell out of me and I wish it wasn’t the only place “open” at 4am for coffee on my way to work. They are NEVER open on time. 15-30 mins after 4, everything is still locked up and closed curtains. Don’t open at 4 if you can’t maintain that for your customers!
