They don't mix the drinks and overcook the sandwiches. Fast service though!

Friendly staff despite the not-so-friendly mall (overall); Dunkin's bagels however have slid downscale, and the "hot cocoa" was just water and sugar....

This place use to be open 24 hours, now they are only open until 9pm. Well that’s what it says on the door anyways, it seems they lock the doors at 8:30pm. The staff here are very rude and lack understanding of food allergies. It’s sad, this use to be one of the better coffee shops around.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions/food allergies DO NOT TRUST this place!

If you get a bagel from this dunkin's put the cream cheese on yourself. They are so cheap they put almost no cream cheese if you have them do it.

Went into this dunks & the staff is very rude. Bought a milk from the fridge & it was expired, I asked for a refund & they laughed at me. All of the milk was expired & they would rather customers get sick than fix the problem. I will be reporting it to the health department.

Coffee: Didn't disappoint me with a Mobile order, the cold brew tasted pretty good (strong) with cream and the requested pumps of syrup. Service: The mobile orders have always been done on time! Ambiance: Not the nicest one, but it is definitely more of a drive-thru vibe as opposed to a sit and chill one. It's also in the middle of an old outdated shopping plaza lol, so wouldn't recommend sitting here for coffee or breakfast or that type of thing.

I've been going to this dd on the Fellsway for years! It was good "back in the day", when the DeLeo family owned it.However, in the last 6/7 years, it is AWFUL.. I go in 4/5 times a week and order coffee. bagel, etc.The old days they had the 'same' employees that knew what they were doing. Today: Different people every day!!~ Every day!The wait is nuts, window or inside. The bagels are hard as a rock; I've told them SO times! They're either frozen or day old. Awful.Changed hands 2 or 3 times over last several yrs, and it shows!Don't bother. They don't listen to customers. Terrible!

ordered 2 of the exact same coffee had rewards for both of them, the man on the drive through could not seemingly understand that, messed up scanning both and when we asked him to restart the transaction he just stared at me and stopped talking until i handed him my card to pay. when we finally got the coffees one had sugar in it and the other did not. absolutely inept

Every time you go to the Medford Fellsway Dunkin' drive-thru, it seems like they've come to a standstill. You have to wait in line for 15 minutes to get a weak cup of coffee. Incredible, isn't it? And when you ask them about the freshness of the coffee, they dare to say fresh! It is very disappointing. You spend your money hoping for a refreshing drink and instead, you get a coffee that ruins your day.

Service is not great. They are somewhat quick but very inaccurate with orders.
