Nice location convenient to a gas station I was able to get my gas and my dunks at the same time they made their food fresh hash browns are very good from this place

Coffee was not good I don't get it.I ask for French Vanilla and they give me like half a pump of a Vanilla shot. Horrible! Never again... When i get a coffee in the morning I need to be satisfied for my hard earned money 💰.. these people do not care.. they barely put enough coffee grains to make it taste like a decent coffee.. and this isn't the only dunkin that does this i came across a couple others.. I'm starting not to like dunkin.. alot of let downs lately...

I’m glad this is my local Dunkin’ Donuts. They’re friendly and consistent. I appreciate this Dunkin’s even more when I go to other locations and the wake up wrap tastes like chemical fire. To be clear, these wake up wraps are straight 🔥🔥🔥 (good and delicious).

When I brought it up on their attention, they said that’s what I asked for. Nobody asked For three pieces of sausage on a wake up wrap, I said no meat. And extra sauce, this is burnt and disgusting and I can’t even eat it. I don’t eat meat. They didn’t fix it

I been going to this Dunkins for year's. Its gone down hill. I thought last week was bad when the manger of treated my husband badly. Because he got our order wrong. Saying to him you did this also last week. My Husband had a Hemeric brain stem stroke in October. Sir I placed the order. Not my husband. He politely asked if you could fix the order. Then 2 days ago a Man came in placed his order with a young women. Moments later he she's his order is wrong. He asks if it can be corrected. You hear the Gentleman say what? He said I cant understand you? Can you repeat that. Then he turns to the young women says did you understand him? She said no. He said I dont understand his English. a Guy behind him who is clearly very young I would say in his early 30's starts calling the Older Gentleman a racist. Then proceeded to attack the Older Gentleman. Who was clearly over 60 year's of age. Who i have seen often in this Dunkins for year's as well. You would think the Manger would call 911. Also what l do know is the Owner of this Dunkins watches the Camera's constantly. Shame on him. For the attack of one of his well known patrons. The attack was un warranted . This astblament has in no longer Safe. It has exemely rude manger.

I don’t normally leave reviews but today’s the day. Horrible service. Lady making sandwiches messed up my order proceeded to question me about a receipt I didn’t even receive. Clearly frustrated she then grabs a bag that was already put onto the mobile order rack that had been sitting there for at least 20 min bc that’s how long I was waiting. Place wasn’t even busy. She just ignored me and there was only like two orders. She grabbed the bag off mobile order rack and took the sausage, egg, and cheese(sec) off the bagel and tried to put it on a croissant and give it to me. It was definitely cold but she didn’t care because she was upset. I paid 5 dollars for that sandwich I wanted it to be hot. When I told I didn’t want the sandwich bc I saw what she did because it was right in front of me she got even more upset so I just left. I know stuff happens and normally I wouldn’t care but her attitude just rubbed me the wrong way

Sadly this store has gone way down hill.....I go here almost daily when im working nearby because its the only place around....This location used to be awesome when Angelo owned it but the new ownership just Doesnt care....I enjoy muffins with my coffee but now their muffins are not cooked all the way through ( How the hell can you not bake a muffin?) ....If I go with a bagel, the quality of those is differant now and not for the better ofcourse....If you ask for it to be toasted be sure to check it before you leave because it may be burnt to a crisp "black" ...Also why cant you get a banana or bran muffin anymore? Or a powdered donut? Anyway I do like Some of the staff that have been there for a while,nice people but its the Product that has gone way way Down.....Cmon owners its time to do better for your customers.... UPDATE 7/8/24 Haven't gotten a muffin lately but decided to give them another try and once Again not baked all the way through as you can see the middle was all batter...How can this still be happening?? They just don't care at this location
