Sadly this store has gone way down hill.....I go here almost daily when im working nearby because its the only place around....This location used to be awesome when Angelo owned it but the new ownership just Doesnt care....I enjoy muffins with my coffee but now their muffins are not cooked all the way through ( How the hell can you not bake a muffin?) ....If I go with a bagel, the quality of those is differant now and not for the better ofcourse....If you ask for it to be toasted be sure to check it before you leave because it may be burnt to a crisp "black" ...Also why cant you get a banana or bran muffin anymore? Or a powdered donut? Anyway I do like Some of the staff that have been there for a while,nice people but its the Product that has gone way way Down.....Cmon owners its time to do better for your customers.... UPDATE 7/8/24 Haven't gotten a muffin lately but decided to give them another try and once Again not baked all the way through as you can see the middle was all batter...How can this still be happening?? They just don't care at this location

got order sizes wrong... finally got the right size I paid for and the cup was only 3/4 full.... didn't feel like waiting another 10 minutes for a full cup.. also drink was made poorly and not the right consistency

I ordered two coffee by mistake. I asked a guy who works there is ok to return or exchange he said ok, but when he went to ask a woman her name”Rekha” she said no we can’t because they already made it. I want to return one or exchange something else but still telling me no she also mentioned you call the app to get your money back. I just want to make it easy why I have go through all that.”how much does a coffee cost ???” Smh So I took one coffee and they trash the 2nd one without a refund. When I got into my car the coffee spilled all over my pants and my seats because the lid not tight. I’m so upset I got charged for two coffees and I didn’t get to drink one.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought an iced coffee with milk that was sour and there were visible chunks. I asked one employee to remake it with cream and she brought back another coffee with the same chunky milk in it. I spoke with the manager, I said that I wanted it remade with cream because the milk was obviously bad. He looked me in the eyes and said there was nothing wrong with the milk. He “remade” the coffee which I found out to be the same coffee topped off with cream.

The last time I came here, I was with my sister who I was dropping off at the airport. We needed a quick bite for breakfast and stopped by this Dunkin' location.The interior was like any other Dunkin' Donuts but smaller than the average. Nothing of note about it.The service was horrible. She ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant with a medium hot coffee but they forget the sandwich. Not only that but they refused to make it because they thought she didn't order it. Because they didn't give us our receipt but instead tossed them on to a receipt pile, they said they couldn't prove we ordered it and refused to make it. My sister even pulled up her bank app to show the charge and that it was more than just a medium coffee but they refused to recognize.If you're looking for your Dunkin' fix, I wouldn't come here. The service employees here were rude and inflexible and there are so many other Dunkin locations you can go to
