There was only one staff member at 5:40 in the morning. There were many people queuing up and the waiting time was too long. Nothing was prepared before the door opened. Even if you ordered coffee, you had to wait a long time.

Dunkin food is horrible. I don’t know why I subjective myself to this food especially since I don’t even drink coffee. Dunkin has become such a monopoly of sorts and their quality has gone down significantly over the years. They are supposed to be a donut shop yet they are always out of donuts or the frosting looks like the grinch put it on.

I am severely lactose intolerant. Asked twice for oatmilk at the register, made my coffee with regular milk. Asked them to remake it, just added extra oatmilk to the coffee.

Got uber eats asked for no cheese on breakfast sandwich had cheese . Bacon was raw whole sandwich was just thrown together. Horrible

Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese ...should be easy no went back 3 times because they forgot the sausage 3 times on the same order place is a joke won't answer calls run terribly

I've been going to this Dunkin for years now and they've gone extremely down hill, every single time I've ordered in the past 2 months something about my order has been wrong and I've had to go back in. And literally only 2 employees in there ACTUALLY wear gloves when preparing food and most others get offended when you ask them to put on gloves.

Don't ask for "light ice". Only fills the $5 drink cup 1/2 full. ?
Really pushed back when I asked for a full cup. Refused to fill up the 3 oz.
Staff finally offered a refund, THEN, asked for the cup back. When I asked, I was allowed to keep my drink.
