One of the worst dunkins I been to honestly . Stopped here to grab a coffee and croissant stuffer . Which was still frozen after the cook rushed it out to me I went back they heated it up again no apology no nothing. I asked for loaded hash browns they gave me regular ones & I asked for a bacon egg and cheese wrap got a egg & cheese wrap that the cheese wasn’t melted and the egg was cold I honestly wasn’t going to go back and fourth with my whole order being wrong I speak Spanish the employees also do I picked up on how they flirt with some of the customers and rushing other orders to get to do there crushes instead it was honestly annoying NEVER AGAIN. There’s a Dunkin in every corner avoid this one . Spent $13 for coffee the only good part was that the lady doing the coffee was hard working and super sweet only good part of my whole experience .

Love Dunkin' but this location consistently provides sloppy and slow service. I used to think that it's proximity to the University meant many were in training, but it's clear that there is no interest or intent to provide courtesy or effort.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ location. There were two employees working—both appeared to be South Asian. The individual taking the order had an unpleasant odor and behaved in an aggressive, almost confrontational manner. He seemed confused and disoriented, and was wearing glasses and a hat. His demeanor was so erratic that it made my family and me feel genuinely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, he got our order completely wrong and didn’t seem to understand what we were trying to clarify. Given how unsettling the situation became, we decided to leave and go to another Dunkin’ to avoid further issues. This kind of experience is completely unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses it seriously. It being so close to Tufts you can only feel sorry for the students going there.

Ordered on app at 5:00 am stores says opens at 4:30 , the order goes though I can see it on the screen but they keep doors locked and look at me like I’m crazy when I come to the door I waited til 5:10 they ignored me, store should’ve been open for 40 minutes. Also this has happened 5 times . Food sucks AM service is the worst I’ve ever come across

They wouldn’t open the bathroom if you spend money, they don’t speak English and they’re very rude. Worst experience. Name of server: Emannuella and she said she doesn’t even work there. Idk what she’s doing there.
