I bought a coffee, I went to work, the bottom of the cup leaked all over me and my car. I went back today and showed receipt. They said it's not their fault and won't replace it. Told me to come back to talk to mgr. Listen, it's not my fault either. It's your cup that you gave me. So I paid 328 for a coffee that I didn't drink and had to clean my car .terrible customer service.

I bought 6-7 things from it and it’s pretty cool ngl, it’s my go to breakfast or just a beverage place, this place needs to be more than 3 and a half stars, it should be around 4.2

This manager was so rude I told her that my order was supposed to have cold foam and she started arguing with me saying that is not supposed to but it basically says “with sweet cold foam and I was showing her and she was arguing and it’s a manager is supposed to help when customers are right

This has got to be the fastest dunkins drive through I've ever been through. My entire order was correct and fresh. I was in and out of the drive through in under 4-5 minutes from order to bags and coffee in hand

This location habitually forgets items when you are in the drive through. Bagels often are stale, and eggs have a bizarre wet feel to them that feels as though they spent too long in a freezer. Staff has always been friendly but it’s very aggravating to pay for items you do not receive / can not enjoy due to quality.

Asked for a medium ice tea, sweet. One guy asked sweet with what? I said simply syrup not really knowing what the options were. He said he never heard of it. “Caramel.” No. Wanted me to explain what it was. I did. Confusion ensured. At no point provided or pointed me to whatever the sweetener options were. Eventually one guy walked away laughing at me. I didn’t feel comfortable being ridiculed for asking for a common coffee shop sweetener from the “new” guy with terrible customer service skills.

Left without my beverage and posted this review.

In 5 minutes, guy lost the business what they pay him hourly. I’m such a good tipper too. Unfortunate hire.

Amazing how nobody speaks English at this location. Even the cashier who takes orders.
