This place is very nice. I have something to tell you. A man was in a foul mood because someone spilled hot coffee on has pants and boy it hurts like hell. If the drink carrier with handles in the picture has been used, no one be suffering burns.

I went through the drive through and I asked for a large iced latte, with less sugar and no whip. They then asked me what size i wanted, if i wanted it hot or cold, (i had literally just said that before they asked, maybe they didn’t hear but the woman on the mic didn’t even give me a chance to finish before passively asking “anything else?” ) When I got to the window they did not take off the whip or change the sugar. I gave it back and asked them to change it and they gave me back the same drink minus the whip. I also got a pepsi for my girlfriend. They did not tell me that they were out of pepsi until AFTER they charged me, and did not give me a refund on that drink.

I came in drive thru and ordered and when I get to window I pay first and the woman was so rude no hi no smile so dry. I then get my order in 3 different times first I get an iced coffee that was black. I asked for cream and Carmel pumps. I then get an avocado toast with bacon with hardly no bacon. I tell the young guy this isn’t how other Dunkin’s have made this and he just grabbed it from me didn’t say a word and sprinkled a little more bacon on the avocado toast. Then They forget my bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel. I don’t know who managing this place because it is horrible you will not get a fresh Dunkin product or a correct order. Be careful and always check your food and items you ordered and make sure you have everything because they will screw up here….

I came here today and gave them one more chance after the 4th in the last 2 weeks but every time I order a latte it taste like an ice coffee. This place by far is one of the worst places that make coffee. The Dunkin’s at the speedway gas station make better coffee then them and it’s in a gas station like come on

Awful experiences here recently. I live around the corner so go here often. They put cream in my latte because they swapped the bag of cream and milk in the machine. They would deny that it was the wrong dairy product when I asked them to make me a new one. Food is stale and seems like they toasted my bagel hours before giving it to me. I ordered an iced latte and they gave me an iced coffee and tried to deny that it was incorrect, I had to ask multiple times for a new drink. This place has really gone down hill lately. Would not recommend at all.....
