Never really had an issue at this location. Consistent, fast and I go at a lot of different times of day and it's fairly consistent business as well (1-2 cars ahead)

They made my coffees wrong so many times in the morning hours. Either too much cream without sugar or adding wrong flavor.

It’s a hit or miss at this place! Sometimes the coffee is amazing and sometimes the person making it doesn’t pay attention to the label and misses on the sweetener packs and etc…

Almost every time they put way too much ice and lately the on tap hasn't been working every time I've gone in the on tap has cups and other things full of liquids

Customer service is awful. Two of these girls working there misunderstood my order, and when I told them. They made bad faces like if it was my fault, they talk to much between each other and do not pay attention to what customers are ordering. No recommended! 👌🏻

Horrible service. Ordered through the app and when we showed up to order, they said the order was missing (which is fine) but when we showed them the paid receipt they refused to accept we paid. We ordered again just for convenience but won't be going to this location again.

Today at 8 am I ordered a coffee and a bagel with CC when I went to lay without any prior notice or sign the drive through guy told me he couldn’t accept my 100$ bill????? They don’t accept 100$ bill?????

That should be illegal!
I told him was the only money I Had. But he still didn’t authorize it.

I found a card from my work and paid. Ate and there was no napkin as usual.

I’ve been neighbor for years this is the second time I’ve been there and I won’t be going back.

Bad service, I have gone several times at 5 am and they tell me that they can't serve me because they are alone, that I have to get off and that they can't sell me more than one coffee. They do things reluctantly, they should give customer service classes to all their employees and put more people on busy days.

Today now makes the 4th time they gave me the wrong sandwich. I order on the app so it's clear what I want, the receipt on top of the box says one thing but in the box is a different sandwich.
Check your order before driving away from the drive-up window from this location

3rd time in a month the breakfast sandwich is made wrong. Gave me bacon instead of sausage. Not a big deal but you need to pay more attention to the customers orders and make them correctly
