Bad service, I have gone several times at 5 am and they tell me that they can't serve me because they are alone, that I have to get off and that they can't sell me more than one coffee. They do things reluctantly, they should give customer service classes to all their employees and put more people on busy days.

*update * Today now makes the 4th time they gave me the wrong sandwich. I order on the app so it's clear what I want, the receipt on top of the box says one thing but in the box is a different sandwich. Check your order before driving away from the drive-up window from this location
3rd time in a month the breakfast sandwich is made wrong. Gave me bacon instead of sausage. Not a big deal but you need to pay more attention to the customers orders and make them correctly

Drive though and never got service at Medford store off Riverside Ave. When I drove away, employee was staring at his phone. Must have been a new employee, because usually get great friendly service in Medford. Haverhill store was great as always.

Worst dunks ever. They don't put enough cream cheese on the bagel. The croissants are always tough. I ordered a ham and swiss croissant stuff for that was still partially frozen on the inside. I'm done with this
Was at this location earlier and a worker left from behind food counter wearing gloves and came back and opened door leading to behind counter with same gloves and went back to preparing food without changing his gloves. Would be careful buying from this location.

Weird location, tiny building, tiny parking lot, BUT great service, and everything is clean. Highly recommend if you're driving through and need a coffee. Expect the drive through to be extremely busy. Walk-in service is pretty quick though.
