Worst dunks ever. They don't put enough cream cheese on the bagel. The croissants are always tough. I ordered a ham and swiss croissant stuff for that was still partially frozen on the inside. I'm done with this
Weird location, tiny building, tiny parking lot, BUT great service, and everything is clean. Highly recommend if you're driving through and need a coffee. Expect the drive through to be extremely busy. Walk-in service is pretty quick though.

Was at this location earlier and a worker left from behind food counter wearing gloves and came back and opened door leading to behind counter with same gloves and went back to preparing food without changing his gloves. Would be careful buying from this location.

How do I ask for a bagel with cream cheese, and then you give me a container to put the cream cheese on myself. Then when I ask for an extra container because one doesn't cover the bagel, you look at the screen and say I only asked for one. No, I wanted you to put a normal amount on the bagel.

A MUST DO! 4 & 1/2 STARS! This shop is nicknamed "The Bennifer Dunkin' Donuts". This is where the famous Dunkin Donuts Super Bowl Commercial of 2023 was filmed that featured Ben Affleck & Jennifer Lopez. If you haven't seen it watch it on YouTube. It is hysterical - it's really funny not Fake Funny or trying to be Funny. It really is Funny. Some of the outtakes are equally as funny. Watch those as well. So this Medford DD location is where they did the bulk of the filming. They did however do some shots in Revere as well. Now here's the inside joke that most people don't know: JLO & Ben did a DD Commercial on Commercial St in Medford Get it! Yup the location of the shop really is on 7 Commercial St in Medford & they filmed a commercial there. When they filmed the commercial they bought the first responders the firemen who are right next door Free Coffee & donuts. That was nice. Now when I visited Ben was not working that day. I did the JLO drive thru thing & tried to get the whole squeaky brakes thing going on too. I also went inside. It's just a regular stand alone DD with a Drive Thru. They also have some indoor counter seating & tables & chairs too. They have Free Wi-Fi here as well. They did win an award here for the Most Improved Drive Thru in 2022. But there are no pictures of JLO & Ben on the walls. There really should be. Now, I heard JLO has had enough of Ben's crap. She's sick of catching Ben sneaking out of the house & finding him working @ the Dunkin' Donuts. She's finally putting her foot down about the whole thing. Jennifer now only lets Ben work here part time every other month on Tuesdays, for just a few hours. That's all. LOL! Just Kidding! So since I was here I got "The Bennifer Special" - a Medium Iced Coffee & for an incremental dollar I got a glazed Donut. If you are a fan of JLO or Ben, then you have to check this place out.It used to be, you had to have Mega Bucks & be really Rich to have the Good Life, not anymore. The Game has changed. You've been Upgraded. Now You Can Live Like a King on a Limited Budget!

A good friend has workes here for nearly 2 years, Recently a young man has began working here and things have gone missingMy friend (A minority) was FIRED for stealing store merchandise, I believe this was a scheme to fire a black man because he was the easiest scapegoat

The drive thru is always efficient in my experience, whether I order ahead or order on the spot. The line of cars can be daunting in the AM, but the staff does their best to keep it moving

The worst. I live right down the street from this dunks it’s wild how many times I’ve gone there and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and every single time they never give cream cheese. 9/10 your order is wrong.

I feel like I need to leave a review today because of how above and beyond Steven went for me. I went to Wellington fellsway plaza first and I got a iced caramel crazy latte and it was just milk, caramel and whipped cream no espresso. I asked the guy at fellsway to remake it and he said no. I came to this location and Steven looked at the drink and said I’m so sorry on behalf of that location and remade it for me. He even asked me if it liked it when I took my first sip. I am absolutely satisfied and happy with how he handled it. Will definitely be coming back to this location Steven made a great iced latte!

I came to this location and Steven looked at the drink and said I’m so sorry on behalf of that location and remade it for me. He even asked me if it liked it when I took my first sip.
