I'm giving 4 stars cause of the manager/asst manager or supervisor, not sure what rank she was, but she kept the ship afloat. My entire life is working in customer service so I know the feeling. Was there today (10/11) and watched her send a girl home get on top of making sure orders were right, thankfully mine was one of those and it came out fine, but she kept that staff in line. She was clearly a little frustrated w the uncaring staff and it was audible to all of us at times as she explained that these customers spent money for food and to make it right, but all smiles on delivery of food and give that woman a high five. Regulars all seemed to know her and she greeted them, so I'm def not first to see she's a customer service dynamo. Same way I treat all my regulars. Kudos

The place is packed most of the time specially mornings. The baristas are trying their best but the manager is so rude to them that makes me want to leave the place. I was there yesterday morning and this person was just making faces and talking in a rude way to the baristas. There's lots of people watching and she is making them more nervous and exposing them. She doesn't help at all and even is rude to customers.

I go in once a week because Lola’s isn’t open on a Monday. I’ve yet to have the oat milk latte that I’ve ordered. This morning was peak - I asked four times. Even upon collecting it. Nope - still regular milk. This is why I don’t use Dunkin’.

However, I have noticed that the public restroom is frequently out of order and appears to be used exclusively by staff. Given your strategic location near train stations, I believe it is crucial to maintain restroom facilities for customers. This service is vital for those who rely on your establishment during their commutes.
I understand that maintaining a public restroom can be challenging, but I kindly request that you consider making it available to customers. Not just staff. I mean it is in the public area of your building. It would greatly enhance the overall experience and convenience for all.

I go to medford high, and I love this dunkin the maple frosted is highly recommended and the manager always saves one for me after school, and the whole crew is overall very nice.
I love coming to this dunkin in the morning before going to school and even drive out of the way to come here on weekends! My drinks are always made well i usually will get a refresher and they always make it custom to how i want it. They always serve me with a smile, the manager especially is lovely to talk to on busier days while waiting for my food she’s very lively and is easy to converse with her! Crew there are fast and efficient rushes aside im usually in and out!

As a Haitian woman I was insulted to be treated so poorly by my fellow Haitian women. They are rude, lazy, and most of all slow! They non stop complain about doing their jobs as well as talk down on the customers thinking nobody can understand them. I really recommend you avoid this place to save yourself the wait and hassle. I was the only person in there I waited 16 minutes for a sandwich…
