Me and Miss Jessica go in Mon-Fri we are treated like celebrities we love the staff Miss Celia, Miss Manager and the girl that always got this face like this -> -_-. we knew it was good but once we saw the Dior ribbon on the vase we knew this was THEE dunks we continue to go there always make everything perfect never have to wait we in and out its giving meet and greet. 10000000000000000000000/10

The woman who makes the sandwiches and bagels always seems to have an attitude, and no matter how many orders she has, she works extremely slowly with no sense of urgency. When she finally finishes an order, she neither calls it out nor places it on the shelf for customers to take. I try to avoid coming here in the mornings because, regardless of how many people are in line, she always takes a long time to make my food. I also have to watch her the entire time, since she won’t call my order when it’s ready.

Listen I’ve been going to this dunks my whole life, but in recent years it has really gone down hill. The staff are extremely disorganized, even during slower times in the store food/drinks take entirely too long to come out. There was this smaller manager woman who was literally the sweetest woman & always made sure to help me get my stuff when she would see me standing there for way too long. I don’t know if she still works there, but she was a gem. I can’t speak on the demeanor of the rest of the staff there, but they would rather chat & laugh instead of making sure people are getting what they paid money for in a timely manner. They clearly don’t care about the job/doing a good job & it shows. I really hate to complain, but I was just there about 15 minutes ago & I had to reach over the counter to grab my food & coffee after standing there for 5 minutes. I don’t like to do that, but my food was getting cold & what little ice they put in my coffee was melting already.

I'm giving 4 stars cause of the manager/asst manager or supervisor, not sure what rank she was, but she kept the ship afloat. My entire life is working in customer service so I know the feeling. Was there today (10/11) and watched her send a girl home get on top of making sure orders were right, thankfully mine was one of those and it came out fine, but she kept that staff in line. She was clearly a little frustrated w the uncaring staff and it was audible to all of us at times as she explained that these customers spent money for food and to make it right, but all smiles on delivery of food and give that woman a high five. Regulars all seemed to know her and she greeted them, so I'm def not first to see she's a customer service dynamo. Same way I treat all my regulars. Kudos

The place is packed most of the time specially mornings. The baristas are trying their best but the manager is so rude to them that makes me want to leave the
place. I was there yesterday morning and this person was just making faces and talking in a rude way to the baristas. There's lots of people watching and she is making them more nervous and exposing them. She doesn't help at all and even is rude to customers.
