I go to medford high, and I love this dunkin the maple frosted is highly recommended and the manager always saves one for me after school, and the whole crew is overall very nice.

I love coming to this dunkin in the morning before going to school and even drive out of the way to come here on weekends! My drinks are always made well i usually will get a refresher and they always make it custom to how i want it. They always serve me with a smile, the manager especially is lovely to talk to on busier days while waiting for my food she’s very lively and is easy to converse with her! Crew there are fast and efficient rushes aside im usually in and out!

As a Haitian woman I was insulted to be treated so poorly by my fellow Haitian women. They are rude, lazy, and most of all slow! They non stop complain about doing their jobs as well as talk down on the customers thinking nobody can understand them. I really recommend you avoid this place to save yourself the wait and hassle. I was the only person in there I waited 16 minutes for a sandwich…

One of the women that works the counter and one of the food prep got into altercation over a customers order. I noticed they were getting a bit confrontation with one lady in green getting into the other lady's face (prep) which led the prep lady to push her. Very un professional staff. Everyone there seems to be shadowed by the woman in green shirt and wouldn't be surprised if she's nasty to the other employees. I could be wrong but that's the vive I got from witnessing them for 5 min while I waited for my coffee and food.

Dunkin' Donuts should be embarrassed they used to be the best around great coffee great food great service today everything is the complete opposite the coffee is absolutely miserable no attention to detail they used to be one person to take care of everything now you need 18 people to screw up your order and never get it right and the coffee is terrible like they never clean the machines or they just don't know how to make coffee anymore
When you go out of your way to stop and grab a coffee and you also desperately need to use the restroom, steer clear. They’re closed… they’re always closed. And the staff when you ask to use them will assume you’re a drug addicted looking for a quick pop to get you until that next Red Sox loss. Place is no good.
