This Dunks on Highland Ave in Medford, was disgusting. All tables are filthy. There was 8+ people behind the counter. They were fooling around, all having a super loud nasty conversation. It was like the level of people hanging out at a party, and they kept talking about one worker going to the bathroom. It was so off-putting and disgusting. The tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 3 days, but they have time to carry-on about bathroom issues. I would never go here again. People making food with NO Gloves, and just gross..

This place is the absolute worst.The bagels are never toasted.They're like microwaved, gooey been sitting there.It could tell they prepare everything ahead of time.When you order a large coffee, you get a quarter of the cup.Not even in it.When you order a shake and espresso, you can tell.They don't shake the espresso.Because the caramel is still dripping down the sides.When you get the thing, this place is the worse.If service is horrible and they always mess something up

If I could rate this place a 0 I would the service there is horrible I have never felt disrespected and rushed by the staff they wouldn’t even let me order my food without jumping in my throat all this resulted my order being wrong. Sad thing is it’s the ones doing drive thru when I asked for a manager they ignored me and rushed me out the guy didn’t even give me my change nor receipt back and told me to leave. But told me to come in and speak to a manager so I did he then yelled at me in front of all the customers when I asked for their names and said that the manager is not there? I will never come to this Dunkin’s again very poor customer service and lack of communication. I wasn’t even able to enjoy my food. Never felt in such distress manager here need to improve and train better at this location. I would like this resolved as soon as possible.Wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’s to anybody

HANDS DOWN the worst Dunkin in the area. They try to expedite their drive through by asking you to pull to the front to help their numbers look good. Mind you pulling to the front results parking towards oncoming traffic and having loop around the entire lot to exit. It’s not safe at all, and they even have you do it when there is no one else in line. Guaranteed they will mess up your order every single time, even if you specify you have an allergy. I was breastfeeding my daughter who had a dairy allergy and every time I asked them for no cheese and dairy free, they made sure to add cheese. TERRIBLE. I’d love for management to reach out to me as well regarding an interaction with SAMIR. He should not be working in the service industry at any capacity, terrible. It’s a shame because I live a block away from this store, and now have to drive an extra mile, and give my business to a different store.

I ordered 2 small black coffee and few other items. When I got home one of black coffee’s had cream in it. That wasn’t the first time they screw my order and I always expected it. So this time I decided to drive back and let them know about the mistake. When I arrived and told them what happened they ignored me for 5 minutes like I don’t exist. And finally I spoke up and it’s like they are doing me a favor for changing my coffee. I spend almost every day between $10-12. They lost a good customer.
