Terrible service, my order was only $6 through the drive through and they charged me for multiple people’s orders and then continued to not give me my meal saying that I didn’t pay. I showed them on my app that they overcharged me and they refused to give me my food even though I paid $10 already for my $6 meal! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible spot, the food is always burnt and old, Recommend not coming here to save you guys from getting ripped off they’re constantly reheating their food from previous days and serving it to us. Super slow when it comes to preparing your food.

Worst location of Dunkin in Massachusetts!
The guy who takes the drive through orders has absolutely no idea what he is doing.
We tired to order a hot mocha latte he said do want cream in it?
Worst experience.

Very unsatisfied, I ordered a bagel twist toasted I got home (my house is 3 min away from Dunkin) when I was about to eat my bagel twist it was burnt and it was very hard to eat, I even felt like I couldn’t bit into it because of how hard it is, horrible service, I could bang the bagel twist on to my table and it sounds so hard,

They prioritize drive thru over in person guests, probably so they have a better productivity rating from corporate. Dont think about going in person they will take 20 minutes or tell you to go to the self check kiosk

Horrible service! Stood inside for 15 minutes patiently waiting, watched 4 cars get served and leave. Not 1 of the 3 employees all working drive thru even acknowledge that we were standing there. So we started leaving, as we were almost out the door the man working there stepped up to the register and smiled at us as we were leaving as if he had given us exceptional service. He looked like a clown ? with a big huge smile! What a joke!

So sometimes you just gotta give credit where it due. There is a guy on the drive thru window in the mornings/afternoon shift who kills you with both kindness and happiness every time you go through. Incredibly polite and always happy - he is a joy!
