After moving in Medford for 9 years this became my go-to Italian food place since it opened! Everything they make it outstanding! Do yourself a favor and get some appetizers to go along with your delicious meal. (GET THE FRIES!!) Prices are way better than anything else in Medford. I’m so sad to be moving away but I might come back just for a calzone. If the owner sees this review, thank you for providing stability in an unstable world. It may not seem like much, but after a tough day, a good meal makes everything so much better.

I placed an order Friday night at 8:05 pm for a pizza and two desserts with delivery of 8:45. I have been waiting for 1 hour. I live 0.4 miles away. After a call at 9:05, was told pizza is en route??????? It is Poor choices were made ordering from here.

Excellent snack, the worst part is that I don't know what's going on, it's the third time I've ordered a snack or pizza that came wrong, I once ordered a large Portuguese pizza and a cheese pizza, I ordered a snack and a soft drink only came with the snack , now I ordered one x it all came incomplete, it's ok

Nice place, the staff is very helpful The delivery staff are also to be congratulated. If you want to eat a Brazilian style pizza, with lots of toppings and little dough, I recommend this place

Good evening, whenever we order pizza we order with Granvitos but it often happens that they forget the order specifications! I made a complaint with them and the only way they could resolve it was by giving the option of refunding the money, which would be 5 dollars, it's not about the money but about the consideration of completing the order as it was given to you! I was in contact with the store with a girl in the back saying “tell him if he wants we'll give him back his 5 dollars” ONCE AGAIN IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY BUT ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT KEEP THE STORE WORKING!

Love the Italian subs! Fresh bread as well as all the ingredients. Appreciate how thin they dice veggie toppings. Always super quick with my order and hardly ever have to wait. Definitely my go-to spot around Ball Square!

I had a terrible experience at this pizzeria. When I arrived to pick up my order, they hadn't even started making it yet, despite placing it well in advance. The staff was rude and unapologetic about the delay. To make matters worse, when I finally got my pizza, it was undercooked and missing the extra toppings I paid for. This place clearly doesn't value its customers. I won't be coming back.

Just moved to the area and stopped by for a bite. Saw the signs outside for 2 slices and a drink for $5, got a couple slices and they were good sized. Low prices and great pizza. Service was outstanding. Will definitely be back!
