Ho Win is an excellent restaurant! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The menu has a great variety, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is comfortable and perfect for dining with family or friends. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I loved everything but the hibachi menu. You must try the salt and pepper wings at the very least. The chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein, crab rangoon and drinks were all amazing… just not the hibachi menu.

Very good value and the combo lobster sauce was delicious. It came with 1 choice of appetizer and I chose the chicken teriyaki which was surprisingly a good quality chicken on a stick. I was looking for a cheap eat.

Went to eat with my grandfather today, it was just the two of us. While dining half way through our meal the check was brought to us. We paid in cash with a tip. The server came back to the table and told me he was not going to give me change as he was going to deduct a 5% tip. Gratuity was given but he was not satisfied and took an extra $6 from me. Great food, been eating there for years at the Everett location. Questionable customer service this visit, never had this happen before. Auto gratuity is typically for parties of 6+ guests, yet we were only 2 and had to obligatory pay 5% despite our already paid tip…
