Went to eat with my grandfather today, it was just the two of us. While dining half way through our meal the check was brought to us. We paid in cash with a tip. The server came back to the table and told me he was not going to give me change as he was going to deduct a 5% tip. Gratuity was given but he was not satisfied and took an extra $6 from me. Great food, been eating there for years at the Everett location. Questionable customer service this visit, never had this happen before. Auto gratuity is typically for parties of 6+ guests, yet we were only 2 and had to obligatory pay 5% despite our already paid tip…

We've been to this restaurant many many times. My mom usually loves it there. Went yesterday for my 60th birthday, my 90 year old parents wanted to treat me. Dad got hibachi steak, very tough, over cooked, my house rice was flavorless, my seafood dish was sadly the same. My mom's chicken lo mein was a bit boring also but flavor was good. We were all just really surprised at how Tasteless the food was this night.
