Food has completely changed since new owner group came in. Everything is lower quality, higher priced and they've taken away staples on the menu and added stuff no one asked for. They don't even know what a 3 way is. I'd rather they go out of business than continue ruining what was a beloved local spot. I hope the owners see this and know how terrible they truly are.

I went to get a fisherman’s platter. Shrimp and fish, but they only put THREE shrimp and one fish. And I asked for bacon cheese fries on the side, but it came in the fisherman platter. So dionI pay more for nothing? Because I wanted the regular fries too LOL. Definitely a scam because why did I pay $40 for a plate of barely anything and 2 drinks?? Really bad portions. Food was good BUT definitely should put more food, especially because Kelly’s isn’t even high class. Thumbs down.

For chain roast beef, they are remarkably consistent. The chicken and fish are good as well. Today, I found the floors to be sticky, but not dirty, like too much soap in the mop water. I was surprised they charge for extra tartar sauce and then give ten packets of ketchup for one order of fries. The prices are reasonable and I recommend them as an alternative fast food restaurant.

This is the worst of all locations. Portions are very small compared to other locations. This is a franchised location. Avoid !!!!!

Got a large roast beef. Don't know why they now season the beef. Should stick with salt only like they used to. Got fried clams which were overcooked and hard.

The food was really good and the staff were very friendly. This was our first time at this chain and we left here with a good experience. The only complaint is it was a little dirty but otherwise sanitary.
Went it 5 mins before closing.The person on the register was so pleasant and was able to serve my roastbeef sandwich at desired temp.What a great employee.

I did not expect the food to taste this good, and the prices are perfectly reasonable (and a breath of fresh air in the area)! The free parking lot is also incredibly helpful. We'll be coming back for sure!
