I had a great experience at Cuddle Cafe & Tea in Medford! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely happy to answer questions and make recommendations, which made the visit even better.
The variety here is honestly impressive—so many drink options to choose from, whether you’re into milk teas, fruit teas, or something more unique. Everything was fresh, well-made, and perfectly balanced, not too sweet and not watered down. You can tell they really care about quality and consistency.
What stood out most was the customer service. The team took their time, made sure the order was right, and created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to stay and come back again. It’s the kind of place you can visit casually or bring friends to and know everyone will find something they love.
If you’re in Medford and looking for a spot with great drinks, tons of variety, and excellent service, Cuddle Cafe & Tea is definitely worth stopping by. I’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

best study spot, 10/10 service, 10/10 drinks, 10/10 snacks. I spend hours here doing homework, it’s wonderful. I highly recommend the tiramisu and white peach drinks.

A very very cozy cafe!! My go to order is the white peach fruit tea and it tastes super refreshing 😋! I also really love the fruity cereal macarons, its a must try!!

Love this store! There's a big variety of flavors you don't find anywhere else like Green Apple and White Grape, and their pineapple drinks are amazing, I especially like getting a Pineapple fruit tea ;)

The milk tea is amazinggggg and there are so many options to choose from. This is a small business I love supporting because the owner is so knowledgeable and kind and the food and drinks are so so yummy. I can't recommend enough!
