Totally unreliable. Ordered about an hour before their schedule says they close and they cancelled the order of multiple entrees for no reason (over $50 order). Thanks for keeping us hungry for 40 minutes for no reason, now we'll be on a empty stomach for at least an hour and a half figuring out how to find some other option. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

My husband and I ordered sushi and crab rangoons on a whim - after he got back from a long train ride, I wanted something quick to grab on our way home from South Station. The sushi rolls weren't stunning to look at, but they tasted fresh and delicious, and that's all I cared about. The rangoons were crisp, and full of flavorful cream cheese and crab! More crab than most places have. I would definitely get order from here again. The fortune cookies were stale, but no big deal. That happens a lot at different places I've gotten the cookies from and I am never really that disappointed.

Can't believe this is ranked so high - 4.8 on Uber eats: The food is not good. We ordered pretty basic items and still not good, hot and sour soup, general Gau, white rice and not good - threw soup away. Just warning so others do not fall for the same.

I usually never have harsh things to say about restaurants, but this was the worst General Tso’s Chicken and Hot and Sour soup I’ve ever had. I really mean that—like, exceptionally bad. The soup didn’t taste right at all. The chicken breading was complete mush and the meat itself was tough and dry. Maybe their sushi is okay? Ugh yeah, never ordering from here again.

Delivery by über eats, which was fine btw. Dumplings pan fried - pure rubber with a undefined filling, beef teriyaki - pure rubber like in fat soaked and over cooked, miso soup - just stale. Even the sushi rolls and sashimi were dry and tasteless. Basically the whole order went into the bin - $100 waste. This was without a doubt the most disgusting food delivery I ve had in my entire life. I don't understand how these people have any good ratings.

For $80 I ordered 2 stale and watery miso soups, 2 pan fried dumplings - made of rubber with a horrible filling, beef teriyaki covered in frying fat and tough like a shoe sole. Last but least sushi rolls and sashimi which were just dry and without taste. 80% of the order went into the bin. I hope the kids and I will make it through the night without getting sick. I am sure lots of their positive reviews are fake - just look at the negative ones……..
Ordered sushi delivery. Poor packaging - hot soup on top of cold sushi - left the sushi box warm to the touch on arrival. Definitely should have been packaged separately. The flavor of the fish was off; not sure if that was because of the heat or because of the preparation. I was disappointed as a result.

Very satisfying food. My family has lived in Medford for a long time now, and my brother found this place in Medford Square a few years ago. We were so glad that we had good ramen so close to home. Before the pandemic, the dine in space that we would eat in was very simple, but we honestly didn't need anything fancy. What we went for was good food, which is what we got each time. We are a big fan of the ramen (my brother likes the one with katsu, but they are all tasty), and their sushi is very nice as well. The portion size for the ramen is excellent, and combination of the broth and their noodles is very comforting. When ordering from them during the pandemic, everything was packaged so carefully. There was not a single leak, and the integrity of the ramen was maintained. They package the broth and the solid components separately, which was perfect. The broth remains hot when packaged, so when opened and combined, the cooked noodles and toppings are heated in the broth to the normal temperature. The pricing is also great. Highly recommend if you want some happy tastebuds!! Thank you, Nagoya!
